Left Building:
Walking into the left building, you are instantly welcomed by the effortless blend of natural lighting and minimalistic decor. This space features the living room area, with a comfortable sofa, a compact kitchenette, a 4-seater dining table, a half bathroom, and two bedrooms. Large glass doors open up to the main pool area, featuring a large infinity-edge pool that offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape.
The first Master bedroom features a King-size bed (1,80 x 2,00m), which can be formed into two twin beds, upon request. This room also features an en suite bathroom with a stand-up shower, a spacious floor-to-ceiling closet, a 32" TV, and direct outdoor access to the main pool area.

As you meander along the enchanting pathways, youll discover the right building. This charming two-story structure invites you in, where the heart of the home--the main living area and kitchen--awaits with warmth and elegance. This building also hosts the three remaining bedrooms.
Upper Floor
The upper floor of the right building is the perfect spot for the whole family. Featuring a spacious living and kitchen area, this space is flooded with natural light and unobstructed views, through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The upper floor also features direct access to the second pool area.
The living room features a lush sofa, comfy armchairs, a 65" TV, a PS5, and a cozy fireplace for chilly days. Adjacent to the living room area, is a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, making a self-catered holiday seem effortless, while the 10-seat island table, promises nothing less than unforgettable moments with your loved ones.

The outdoor area of Casablanca is a luxurious oasis designed for relaxation and entertainment. All distinct features and experiences are connected by beautifully landscaped pathways and staircases. The outdoor area hosts, 3 pools, a gas BBQ, a fully equipped bar with four stools, a wood-fired oven, and a picturesque seating area around a fire pit. Also, enjoy movie nights under the stars with our outdoor projector, perfectly set up next to the wood-fired oven beneath the tree for a cozy and unforgettable experience.
The heart of the villas outdoor space is the main pool area, featuring a shimmering pool that offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape and the endless blue of Kalathas Beach. The pool is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and large umbrellas for shade. The BBQ area sits on a raised platform and it features a state-of-the-art grill, perfect for hosting outdoor feasts. Adjacent to the BBQ area, is a long dining table that seats up to ten guests, and a fully equipped bar with four stools, positioned under a shaded pergola.
The second pool area is a haven of relaxation, featuring a hydromassage setting, plush sun beds, and umbrellas, inviting you to bask in the warm embrace of the Mediterranean sun. Its the perfect spot to unwind and relax.
Just steps away, the third pool area is a delightful paradise for your little ones, filled with joy and laughter. Here, they can splash and play to their hearts content, creating unforgettable memories under the radiant sun.
More specifically, the exterior of Casablanca covers 1,000 m2 and offers many facilities including:
- 3 private swimming pools, the main pool is 45 sq.m, and 1.60 m deep, which can be heated upon request with an additional daily charge. The second pool is 26 sq.m and 0.80 depth, which can be heated upon request with an additional daily charge. The child pool is 22 sq.m with a 0.60 m depth.
- The pool areas are equipped with 9 sun beds, side tables, a poolside shower, and umbrellas.
- BBQ facilities with a Gas grill, a wood-fired oven, and a bar featuring a mini fridge with a freezer, ample counter space, and a sink.
