The three units within the Mediterranean garden unfold into a series of elegant interiors with every comfort. These spaces open out onto a beautiful patio and terraces furnished with lounging furniture and a dining table under a pergola for al fresco dining. The garden leads to an extended sunbathing relaxation area with awe-inspiring views of the bay and a private swimming pool (4 meters x 2 meters) with a jacuzzi and pool heating system.

The Space:
DETAILED VILLA DESCRIPTION

Indoors: Villa Neranite is spread over three levels, connected by an outdoor path. The main entrance leads to the first unit, featuring a spacious living area with a double sofa bed decorated with warm tones, an open-space kitchen, a bathroom with double showers, and a double bedroom (180 cm) with light-filled windows offering views of the private patio and Mediterranean gardens.

Accessible via an outdoor path and staircase, the second level features the swimming pool area, a changing room with a bathroom for guest comfort, along with an outdoor stone-made shower.
Following the path through the Mediterranean garden, this suite on the third level features an elegantly appointed double bedroom with a bathroom with a shower and breathtaking views of the sea. Additionally, the third level includes another unit that spans two floors. The first floor, accessible from a private patio furnished with lounging furniture, includes a living area with a sofa bed for one person (140 cm), an open-space kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. An external staircase leads to the ground floor, featuring a double bedroom (160 cm) and a bathroom with a shower. On the opposite side, another room includes a double bedroom (180 cm) and a bathroom with a shower, all decorated with bespoke warm-tone furnishings.

Outdoors: Villa Neranite has a main gate entrance leading to the Mediterranean garden outdoor areas and features available parking facilities. The garden path and external staircase lead to the shaded patio with a barbecue area and an open kitchen for al fresco dining. The garden extends to the pool area, furnished with sun loungers, a pergola, and an expansive lawn where guests can relax while enjoying stunning views. The property also provides access to the beach through a secondary gate. Due to the stairways leading to different floors, the property is not recommended for guests in wheelchairs.

Situated in Nerano, Villa Neranite offers a charming retreat amidst the captivating landscapes of the Sorrentine Peninsula. Guests can explore the nearby town of Massa Lubrense with local shops, savor culinary delights at charming restaurants and trattorie, and unwind at bars that offer a taste of the area's lively atmosphere. Nerano Bay, renowned for its crystal-clear waters and picturesque coastline, is just a few steps away, offering opportunities for swimming and seaside relaxation. The historic town of Sorrento is conveniently situated approximately 17 kilometers away. Additionally, the picturesque town of Positano is located approximately 23 kilometers away.

Should you intend to use one of our villas or apartments for any type of commercial use, such as photo shooting or filming, please inform Feeling Italy of this at the time of booking. Such use will be allowed with Feeling Italy's written consent. Events, weddings, wedding receptions, or large gatherings on Feeling Italy's properties without written permission are not allowed unless specified in the description. Services provided by external suppliers, such as private chefs, and catering, among others, are not permitted in Feeling Italy properties. In such cases, you will be asked to pay an extra fee for your event or service. Any wood ovens available on Feeling Italy's properties can solely be used by the professional pizza chefs provided by Feeling Italy. Please contact Feeling Italy to enquire about the cost and availability of this service on the property of your choice.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Standard check-in time is between 3 pm and 10 pm.  In case of flight delays or any unforeseeable inconvenience while traveling, please contact our office or the property contact. Late arrivals are managed for an extra fee.  Check-out time is 10 am.  Early check-in and late arrivals are subject to availability and subject to an extra fee.

TOURIST TAX

Some of the Municipalities where Feeling Italy villas are located apply a local tourist tax. The amount of this tourist tax is calculated according to the number of nights of your reservation. It varies depending on location and must be paid directly by guests before arrival, or on arrival.
