The property has an additional baby-room should you travel with an infant. Please note that cot linen is not provided

DURING YOUR STAY

*** Please note that the property is still used by the owner for mid-week stays. Personal items may be at the property at all times. Please make sure not to use them or touch them.
The property also has a gym and bikes that are not accessible to guest usage. ****

Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys--please be careful with them.
My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.

The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
