Welcome to our spacious and beautifully renovated apartment in the heart of Barcelona.
With its generous 210 m2, this apartment offers ample space for up to 8 guests.
Enjoy the perfect blend of modern furniture and preserved original elements creating a unique and stylish atmosphere.
Kindly note the apartment is located in a high end residential building and excess noise is not allowed. Please note that there are 15 steps between the building entrance door and the elevator.
The Space:
The distribution of this beautiful apartment is as follows.
4 bedrooms:
- 1 large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, private balcony and dressing area.
- 1 large double bedroom with private balcony.
- 1 double bedroom
- 1 single / twin bedroom: Single bed with a versatile pullout bed that can comfortably sleep two guests.
3 bathrooms:
- one en-suite bathroom (with double access from the bedroom and the hallway) with a shower
- one full bathroom with a bathtub
- one smaller bathroom with a shower
A wide hallway connects all the bedrooms and bathrooms, creating a seamless flow throughout the apartment. As you make your way through, you'll be greeted by a remarkably spacious living and dining area, complete with a smart TV and a dining table that comfortably accommodates eight guests.
The fully equipped kitchen, boasting modern appliances, conveniently adjoins the dining area, allowing for easy access.
To add the perfect finishing touch, the apartment boasts a beautifully bright gallery that features a work desk and a cozy relaxation area adorned with comfortable armchairs.

Eixample Dreta is a vibrant and central neighborhood in Barcelona known for its iconic architecture, wide boulevards, and bustling atmosphere. This neighborhood is home to world-renowned landmarks such as the stunning Sagrada Familia and the elegant Passeig de Gracia, lined with luxury boutiques and modernist buildings. With its charming cafes, trendy restaurants, and lively nightlife, Eixample Dreta offers a perfect blend of history and contemporary culture. Getting Around:
The apartment is very central and you'll be within half an hour walking distance to some of the main attractions: Casa Batllo (10 mins), La Pedrera- Casa Mila (13 mins), Paseo de Gracia (5 mins), Placa Catalunya (12 mins), Sagrada Familia (25 mins).
Metro stations Girona, Tetuan and Paseo de Gracia are within 10 minutes walking distance. There are also several bus lines that cross in front of the building.
Other Things to Note:
TOURIST TAX: Mandatory and imposed by the Catalan government of €6.88 per night. This is to be charged at the time of check-in to each guest aged 17 and above for a maximum of 7 nights.
LATE CHECK-IN:
For check-ins from 8pm to 10pm: €40
For check-ins from 10pm to 11pm: €60
EARLY CHECK-IN: (before 3pm) Subject to availability and there is a €40 early check-in fee. Please note that in case the apartment is being cleaned, the early check-in fee still applies, and you can ONLY leave your luggage in the apartment, take the keys and come back when the cleaning is done (around 3pm).
LATE CHECK-OUT: (after 11am) Subject to availability. If you would like to have a late checkout, you need to inform us, and we will let you know if it's possible.
