Einzigartige Vorstand und Batten Cottage, die Sie zurück zu den Tagen des alten Cocoanut Grove stattfinden wird. Das Grundstück ist mit einem zwei Meter Steinmauer, um Ihre Privatsphäre zu gewährleisten umschlossen. Ein Schlussstein Terrasse mit Palmen und Blumen runden Ihr tropisches Paradies. Unsere Bäumen gesäumten Straßen zu machen für einen kurzen Spaziergang in die Grove für Restaurants, Shoppes, Kunstgalerien und Parks an der Bucht. Die Pfauen oft zu Besuch kommen, und wenn der Duft von Jasmin liegt in der Luft, ist die Einstellung komplett.

Mieten Sie ein paar Fahrräder, und genießen Sie den Radweg, der Norden und Süden entlang der Bucht führt. Strände liegen im Norden, die am nächsten als Key Biscayne. Im Süden ist schön Matheson Hammock Park, mit Schwimmbereich und Yachthafen. Daneben ist Fairchild Tropical Gardens, ein Weltklasse-botanischen Garten. Es gibt schöne Tagesausflüge in die Everglades, wenn Sie ein Auto haben. Die Tasten sind eine Stunde entfernt, mit Key West 150 Meilen. Disney ist 3 bis 4 Stunden in den Norden. University of Miami Eltern lieben die Lage für Besuche. Dies ist eine ruhige Gegend der Grove und bietet eine malerische Lage, um nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag zu entspannen.

Quiet cottage in great neighborhood

It was so nice to find fresh bread, fruit and flowers when we arrived. The location is amazing. The host is available and communicates clearly.

Housing for 3 months

This bungalow was a perfect spot!! Love Coconut Gtive. Michele and Josh were friendly and responsive. They helped when I locked myself out twice, helped with packages, anything / they were super quick to respond. It was truly the perfect place for me as I transitioned from moving from PA to Florida. I loved bro g able to walk to restaurants, yoga and shopping. Bicycled also all around. Great location!

Cozy Vintage Cottage

Very clean and well equipped spot for relaxing. Hosts are warm, nice people and available if needed. Beautiful garden-like setting nestled among a lovely original neighborhood of Coconut Grove, but very quiet and private.

Old Miami Charm

Michelle is an excellent host, always available by text and more than responsive she is proactive. When we got to the cottage, there was a week's worth of coffee and creamer in the refrigerator as well as fresh croissants. The kitchen is well stocked with oils and spices, so preparing meals in the unit was easy and tasty. The neighborhood feels like a botanical garden and is an easy 15-20 minute walk to downtown Coconut Grove. Overall, you have a beautiful neighborhood to enjoy and you can go to all the major attractions around MIami with short drives. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you Michelle!

A little piece of Paradise

It was the PERFECT get-away and just what we needed....like having your own little piece of Paradise to come "home" to after a busy day exploring all the great things in the area! It the the perfect location, easily walking distance to great restaurants and shops downtown Coconut Grove and the walk along the way, the tropical landscape, is beautiful. The Cottage was quaint and clean and had everything we needed. So much to do within a short distance! Michelle and Josh were GREAT hosts and so helpful on sharing places to go and nearby attractions (and WE LOVED seeing the peacocks roaming the streets and roosting in the trees...they were so cool) It was a great place to stay and we would return in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Convenient Location

Stayed for 8 nights. My family member had surgery and it was perfect. Park by the door. Private court yard for recovery walks and fresh air. The metal roof gave us a peaceful sound with the litter patter

Cottage Oasis

We so enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for our needs. The owners were very accommodating and super responsive. The privacy, spacious sitting areas, tropical setting and quiet neighborhood was a respite from the sometimes frenetic Miami scene. Loved the preservation of this property, had a real "old Florida' feel. Thoughtful touches such as breakfast essentials, loads of books and towels were much appreciated. Great location too, easy to access all the area's sights.

We felt very welcomed. Property is located in a neighborhood a short walk from Coconut grove. Michelle checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed. She even sent extra mangoes, which were delicious. Enjoyed our stay..

Sometimes it’s the little thing things that matter!

A private patio with lush vegetation, a fruit bowl with ripe, local mangoes, half and half and breakfast items in the fridge. Michelle thought of everything! It was a slice of paradise and a welcomed respite to our fun filled weekend. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen had all sorts of extras. The neighborhood was lovely for morning walks. There was no traffic, but keep an eye out for the peacocks!

SOUTH FLA. VACATION

This location (Coconut Grove) being south of the busy Miami downtown area was great for being our hub of travel to different things to do. We visited Key West, Key Largo, Downtown Miami, The Everglades, the Botanical Gardens and a few other odds and ends. Coconut Grove is an "healthy" walk away and has many interesting shops and good places to eat. Of course the cottage we stayed in had cooking means so eating in as we did was easy and enjoyable. The hosts Michelle and Josh are very friendly and helped out with advise on our places that we wanted to see and made other suggestions as well. The cottage is very cozy.

Quaint and quiet.

I stayed at this property for 2 weeks while working in Miami. It is an old school Coconut Grove cottage. Safe, quaint. and quietly tucked away in a foliage paradise. Close to great restarunts and shops. Michelle couldn't have been more wonderful and helpful. I highly recommend!

Wonderful and peaceful retreat

My sister and I stayed for a week to be close to my daughter who lives in the Grove with her infant son. It was a perfect location, cosy, and well-maintained. Michelle responded immediately when the coffee maker broke down by replacing it before we needed our caffeine fix in the am. She is a wonderful host and I would recommend this spot to anyone looking for the Grove experience. We would definitely stay there again.

Relaxing retreat in the Old Grove

I booked this location to live like a local prior to possible buying in the Grove. It is easy to walk to the center of town and visit Coco Walk. If you want a beach type of vacation this is wrong as it is a removed area and ideal for older couples or people with children may like the casual atmosphere. My only complaint was a lack of closet space and the bath could use repair. Be prepared for the peacocks at night when they seem to love to come alive and can be very noisy. the bath is located in the one real bedroom. It is a lovely neighborhood and Mitchell and her daughter are very personable. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this unique accommodation if you want your privacy and enjoy seeing Old Grove homes and newer Mansions in one neighborhood. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

A Charming “Grove” Experience!

My husband and I stayed here for a week so that we could spend time with our son and family, yet be on our own. This cottage offers a true “Coconut Grove experience”. It is close to everything, yet a little bit apart. It is beautiful, quiet and peaceful, and Michelle was very friendly and helpful. The cottage had everything we needed, and the library of books to read was excellent, especially the ones about the area. We will definitely plan to stay again. It was a GREAT experience!

Very Relaxing

Great palce to stay in Coconut Grove. Located close to the shopping area. Everything you need is here. Loved the patio to sit and enjoy a drink. The home is walled off so you have your privacy. The price is right and the owners are the best. I would recommend this place if you are on a budget and still want to spend time in the "grove". We will return to this little piece of tropical paradise.

Great location, good value, friendly owner, loved the wild peacocks!

Great location -- nice neighborhood for strolling and walking to nearby shops and restaurants. Full kitchen has everything you need for cooking, though nearby restaurants are an easy walk. Good price, clean and private. Friendly and helpful owner; my husband and I will definitely stay here again. Loved the wild peacocks around the neighborhood!

My husband and I have lived in the Grove for many years. He's a stonemason and his art can be seen throughout the property. We have raised our children here and love the Grove.

This cottage will show you what the old Grove was like. Our neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet and you will enjoy walking our narrow streets either into town or to the waterfront.

Our cottage is next to our house, but is totally private. We are there if you need us but far enough away that you will barely notice us. There is off-street parking and a private gated entrance. The stone courtyard is surrounded by a six foot stone wall.
