The apartment is located in the baroque heart of Rome, just 500 meters from Piazza del Pantheon and Piazza Navona. Located on the 3rd floor of a historic 17th century building, with no lift, the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a large bedroom with a sleeping area with a double bed and a living area with a sofa, convertible to a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower. Ideal for short and long term. Suitable for business stay. Damage deposit may vary for stays longer than 14 nights.

Perfect Location

This apartment is right in the middle of all the sites. Close to Trevi Foutain, Pantheon, Colosseum, and Vatican. If you like good food, it’s close to excellent restaurants. If you like shopping, walk in any direction a block. If you want a central apartment that is easy and comfortable this is the perfect one.

Loved it!

Charming and quiet apartment with everything we needed. Bed was comfortable, location was perfect, communication was efficient from booking until checkout, and host was helpful and kind. The hot water tank and washing machine are small but you just need to plan accordingly and use less. Lots of stairs (no elevator) but we liked that because we needed the exercise after being surrounded by delicious food for 5 days.

Wonderful stay!

Very positive experience…from booking to reception to checkout… this is my second stay at this address…location is superb and accommodation fit my needs. No elevator but the staff was helpful in getting my heavy bags up the stairs… luggage deposit just around the corner and taxi stand at piazza Navona also great conveniences… I will stay here again if next time I come through!

Perfect location!

The apartment is located very centrally to many attractions and great food options in Rome. The apartment was just what we needed … a place to spread out and use as a base for our short stay in Rome. Eat in the places a bit off the main areas and you’ll find great food at reasonable cost.

Perfect space for Italian getaway

We so enjoyed the dell’Orso apartment for our first trip to Rome. The hosts were very helpful with recommendations, the check in process and a map of the area. There are lovely restaurants and shops in walking distance and we loved that it was not too crowded with tourists. It is up 3 flights of stairs with no elevator. So pack light :)

bel soggiorno nel centro storico

appartamento piccolo e carino nel centro storico, al terzo piano di un vecchio palazzo, quindi un po' di scalini ci sono da affrontare. tranne il letto c'è un divano-letto, quest'ultimo non tanto commodo però. bar e panificio nelle vicinanze per la colazione ci sono. prenotazione e check-in senza problemi, la gestione risponde velocemente alle domande. purtroppo nessuna possibilità di lasciare i bagagli il giorno di partenza.

Great location and apartment

It is a very clean and convenient apartment. The little street was quiet, but near Piazza Navona, the river, Spanish Steps, Piazza di Popolo, Campo Di Fiori, Trevi, etc. Good cafes on street and a nice barber. Walked everywhere. Check in process was pretty easy too and friendly. However, got hit with a surprise cleaning fee after already paying a cleaning fee online. The washing machine is tiny (only a few shirts per load), but that is a very minor thing. No problem. It would have been nice to have some coffee or basic breakfast things in the apartment. Again, no real problem. Good choice!

Great, just a little misleading

I loved the location of this property and it was well run. Clean, bright, and comfortable. The staff were kind, and I was able to book a car through the propery owners (for an additional cost of course).The only reason it isn't five stars is the price was a little misleading. I ended up paying an additional 100 euros for various fees (cleaning and late night fees) that I wasn't aware of when booking. It was worth it, I'm just disappointed I didn't know about it before booking. There was also no elevator and it was on the third floor (fourth for any Americans). This isn't atypical, again I just wish I had known before booking.

Fantastic location

Very clean and easy check-in process. The location was the best part of this apartment - it was so easy to get to any of the major attractions just by walking. Lots of incredible restaurants right next to it as well as a really helpful host. Great AC in the middle of the heat wave as well.
