Inside, a welcoming hallway with a small bench for shoe removal greets you, with underfloor heating throughout the ground floor for added comfort.

Conveniently tucked under the stairs, the tastefully presented WC is located in the elegant hallway.
Lounge
The lounge exudes elegance and sophistication, featuring timeless pale blue moulded panelling and modern chandelier lighting. Floor-to-ceiling windows with flowing drapes allow natural light to fill the space, which is split into two distinct areas. One side offers a large L-shaped sofa, two upholstered armchairs, and an ottoman table in front of a wall-mounted Smart TV.
