The property sits on multiple bus routes into the city centre and extended areas of the Lothians. It takes roughly 15-20 mins to get into Princess Street.
The tram service has 2 stops within a 10 minute walk from the property. The tram line runs from Leith out to Edinburgh Airport (and vice versa) with regular stops along the way. 

As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge/ freezer and a microwave.

The apartment is a perfect place to escape from the bustling city. Relax with a glass of wine after a hard day exploring. There is a large flat screen television with Sky and super fast Wi-Fi internet access.
 
The apartment has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4. The first bedroom is a en-suite with electric walk-  in power shower, toilet and basin sink. This bedroom also has a flat screen television with access to all Sky channels including movies and sports.
You will find a comfy king size bed with a large  double mirrored wardrobe.  

The second bedroom contains a sofa which pulls out into a queen size bed.
 
There is 1 main bathroom with a long bath, toilet and sink.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.


 **PLEASE NOTE: the property is suitable for small families (children/infants), however there is NO cot/ travel bed/ linen provided. 

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is allowed but only on the private balcony area which is accessible via the living room.

 There is free on street parking outside the premises.

The apartment is on the top floor (2nd) with a safe entry- buzzer system to gain access for those without keys.
