The bedrooms include a ground-floor king-size, a king-size, a double, and a single. There is a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, and furniture, a non-enclosed front lawn and off-road parking for four cars. Up to two dogs welcome. Please note there is a £50 pet supplement per holiday. Sorry, no smoking. Pub 0.2 miles, Shop 1.4 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Return year after year to Daisy Cottage. Note: Owner can't accept check in/outs on a Saturday or Sunday. Town: The village of Metheringham sits in the North Kesteven district of Lincolnshire, 10 miles south east of Lincoln. Within the village lies a historical church, St Wilfrid’s, which dates from the 1600s, along with other amenities including a convenience store, a café, a traditional butchers shop and three welcoming pubs. The centre of the village is a conservation area and to the west lies Metheringham Heath, on which is a SSSI at a local quarry. The magnificent city of Lincoln is nearby, home to an 11th century Norman castle, Tudor town houses and a set of ancient city gates, plus a wealth of quirky shops, cosy pubs and high-quality restaurants.
