Please be aware, guests must be able to climb stairs as this property is situated on the top floor of the building and there is no lift at the property.

Guests are also advised that there is no kitchen facilities at the property, however, there is a wealth of food and beverage options on our doorstep, on the central high street of Warwick. There are also local food delivery companies which operate locally, such as Deliveroo.

The property is accessed via a shared main entrance and has a shared spiral staircase internally.

Please be aware, this property is centrally located on the high street within Warwick. As a result, we make you aware in advance that parking isn't included anywhere with the property but there is paid on street parking locally.
