RARE GEM - Downtown 2-BR Apt with Big Terrace
Summary:
Less than 1 km from Bahnhofstr. and a 12-min walk from Paradeplatz, our newly refurbished 2-BR apt is well located and connected by public transport.
Situated in a charming & safe neighbourhood, with restaurants, bars, bakery, shops and supermarkets all within proximity.
The apt boasts an unblocked view to the park and enjoys full privacy. A spacious 40 sq. m outdoor terrace (very rare in the city centre) with dining & lounge chairs and sun beds for you to chill in our sunny terrace.
The Space:
The apartment is ideal for up to 5 persons - a double bed plus a sofa bed in the master bedroom and 2 single beds in the second bedroom.
The apartment is modern and comfortable for a family, a couple, group of friends, or business traveller.
Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, cooking utensils and a full set of cutlery and plates.
The apartment has a huge terrace with garden table and chairs for outdoor dining, as well as lounge chairs for your lazy afternoons.
Hair dryer, iron & ironing board are also available.
Baby cot, sofa bed, storage service and airport transfer can be arranged by Host upon request (additional charges apply).
We have arranged for the possibility to have in-house dining delivered to the apartment by the Cafe / Restaurant downstairs so you can eat in the comfort and privacy of the unit. Private arrangements for special occasions can also be arranged upon request. Please reach out to us for more information.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is just round the corner from Stauffacher, and close to Zurich’s vibrant central district. Surrounded by restaurants, shops and services, this neighbourhood is safe and has plenty to offer.
With many popular restaurants just right next door (Ichizen Japanese, Mythos Greek, Molino Italian, Le Cedre Lebanese, St. Jakob Bakery & Café etc.) and a mini supermarket just one minute walk away, you are well served in the area.
For those who like to keep active, NON STOP GYM is right across the road and Hallenbad City Indoor Swimming Pool is within five minutes of the apartment, while nearby Kasernenareal Park is perfect for a lunchtime stroll.
And if you’re keen to soak up some culture, the Kantonspolizei Zürich Kriminalmuseum and Haus Konstruktiv modern art museum are all a short walk away.
Getting Around:
The apartment is centrally located, and just one tram stop away from the world famous shopping street Bahnhofstrasse. The Zurich Main Station 'Hauptbahnhof' is just one train stop away.
Other Things to Note:
Please note: Apartment is on the second floor (1OG) with NO elevator.
Nearby parking space is available for rent at CHF25 per day (subject to availability).
Airport Transfer in a Mercedes mini-van can be arranged with our limo-driver for CHF70
Sofa bed is for the fifth guests only. If separate sleeping arrangement is required for less than 5 guests, sofa bed can be prepared for an extra charge.
Baby Cot is available upon request at CHF30 for the first night and CHF10 for the subsequent nights.
If you have an early arrival in Zurich, we have the possibility for you to store your luggages in our basement storage facility (which we have rented from the landlord) for the convenience & benefit of our guests. The cost is CHF25 and you can store your luggages until 17:00 so that you can explore the city handsfree. Please understand that we are not including the storage cost into the rental and only charging guest who requires it. Some guests have written a bad review saying that storage should be included… but we do not want to pass this cost on to guests who don’t need the facility and we trust in your understanding. (If you think the storage costs is unwarranted, then please do not rent it). Please do contact us if you require storage so we can check the availability.
