Sustainability, luminosity, comfort and style Located in the northern area of Madrid, ideally connected to the city centre, just steps away from the nearest metro station (Cartagena 300m) and various bus lines. A unique property, with natural plants inside and outside the dwelling, full of light and joy for its guests. Surrounded by green areas and sports facilities for those who take care of themselves.
Near the area of many very useful services: Cafes, restaurants and shops of all kinds and with a great tradition. Ideal for those who commute to work in Madrid and especially for those who have to go to the northern areas such as the airport, the IFEMA Madrid fairgrounds, Sanchinarro, Valdebebas and Las Tablas, as it is also very close to the M-30.
The Apartment:
This extraordinary sustainable apartment is located on the ground floor of the building, has an independent entrance and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
It is powered solely by renewable energy (solar, hydraulic and wind), air-conditioned by aerothermal technology and meeting the strictest sustainability requirements. The apartment is very close to an electric bike rental station. Enjoy your stay knowing that your ecological footprint is minimal.
Its large windows allow abundant natural light to enter, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. In addition, we have integrated plants both inside and outside, adding freshness and life to the space, which offers a unique and extraordinarily pleasant experience.
An oasis of comfort and good style. It has a large entrance hall that leads to the modern and spacious American-style kitchen equipped with all kinds of appliances. The space also includes an elegant dining room with a Smart TV and plenty of light. It has two comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. It also has a third bathroom with a shower in the common areas and a second living room that serves as a third bedroom with a comfortable double sofa bed accessed by stairs.
It has a cot. Aerothermal underfloor heating/cooling and WiFi throughout the apartment.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment\'s boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.
To be taken into account:
Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment. All the details about the MIT House app can be found in our informative video
