Canal View 2BD Retreat – Private Balcony Bliss
Experience luxury at our Skyline Apartment in Limehouse. Enjoy a wraparound balcony with stunning panoramic views of London’s skyline. Perfectly located near Canary Wharf and the city, this upscale home is ideal for business travelers and tourists. Immerse yourself in elegance and convenience, with breathtaking city views and easy access to top destinations.
The building is located on the Regents Canal which is 8.6 miles long and is fabulous for gorgeous London walks. The Building has a lift so it is very easy to access the apartment which is located on the 6th floor. There is also a rooftop which is an amazing area to view London from a great height.
The flat door leads into a spacious hallway area which leads into all the rooms.
The open plan kitchen and sitting room is a very spacious area. The French doors lead out to the balcony bringing the outside in.
The kitchen has recently been refurbished and is super modern and a pleasure to cook and eat in. All appliances are supplied and it is very well stocked with utensils to enjoy feeling at home. There is a breakfast bar which is perfect for meals, chatting whilst cooking, or working from.
The bathroom has had a recent refurbishment also, the design is striking, and the attention to detail is fabulous. The bathroom has a waterfall shower and backlit mirror and Bluetooth speakers.
The two bedrooms are very cozy with plenty of storage space and views all over London.
The apartment has a wrap-around balcony with views across the City of London. The building also has a shared rooftop terrace with a view of both the City of London and Canary Wharf.
We have a sofa in the living area. Please note that it's a standard sofa that cannot be converted into a bed. It provides comfortable seating for relaxation and socializing.
Canary Wharf is a 25-minute walk or a ten-minute journey by public transport. The City of London is two stops away from the DLR and takes less than twenty minutes. It is a 30-minute journey underground to Covent Garden or Westminster.

No Smoking Indoors: Our property is entirely smoke-free. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Additionally, smoking activities are not allowed within 9 meters (30 feet) of any operable windows and doors on the premises. Evidence of indoor smoking activities will result in a £500.00 fee.
No Parties or Undeclared Gatherings: Parties and undeclared social gatherings are not permitted on the premises. Hosting parties will incur a £500.00 fee.
Declared Guest Count: For safety and liability purposes, please be honest about the number of guests staying. Any undeclared guest will incur a surcharge of £100.00 per night. Additionally, we coordinate our cleaners and inventory based on the number of guests occupying the unit.
Security Measures: Please lock all windows and doors when you are not at home to ensure the security of the property.
Key and Fob Return: Please return the key(s) and fob to the KeyNest upon check-out. Missing keys and/or fob may result in additional charges of up to £500 for replacement.
ID Verification: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Enso Connect. Completion of this process is mandatory, and failure to do so may result in reservation cancellation.
Compliance with Rules: Any abuse or violation of the listed house rules and additional rules above may result in additional charges and the termination of your reservation. In such cases, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately without any refund.
