The living room has a sitting area with a sofa bed, a smart TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.
The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements. Plus, a washer is available for your laundry needs.
The first bedroom has an extra large king-size bed which can split into two singles, and the second has a double bed. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.
Both bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Bold Street is lined with Indian, Mexican, and Turkish eateries, as well as indie shops in Georgian buildings. The Liverpool ONE shopping centre houses famous brands in a modern setting, while Matthew Street is home to the iconic Cavern Club. Gothic Liverpool Cathedral is the UK's largest.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest train station, Liverpool Lime Street, is just a 12-minute walk.
Liverpool John Lennon Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
