The bedroom contains a comfortable queen-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Kensington is an upscale area with stately Victorian buildings and embassies. Tourists come to see dinosaurs at the Natural History Museum, hands-on displays at the Science Museum, and period furnishings at Kensington Palace. The grand Royal Albert Hall hosts concerts from classical to pop. Well-to-do shoppers frequent chic boutiques on Kensington High Street and antique stores on Kensington Church Street.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest underground station, Gloucester, is just a 3-minutes walk.

Heathrow Airport is a 50-minute drive from the property.

Property faces a train track with regular noise during train hours, however it is quiet at night, and bedroom faces quiet area where trains cannot be heard at any time.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
