CURATED PROPERTY PRESENTS: Welcome to our bright and newly renovated 2-bedroom flat in the heart of Islington, just off City Road. Located on the ground floor of a charming building, this apartment is one of six newly refurbished flats. A short walk from Angel tube station, our flat offers both convenience and comfort for your stay in London.
The Space:
The spacious and airy living area is perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. Enjoy your favourite shows on the smart TV or stay connected with our ultra high-speed WiFi, ideal for remote work. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare delicious meals during your stay.
The flat features two bedrooms, offering comfortable linens and towels which are included. The second bedroom can be converted into a cosy office space if you wish, providing a quiet and comfortable environment for work or study.
We have 5 other similar apartments within the building, so if this unit is not available or if you have different requirements, let us know!
Guest Access:
Guests will have sole access to the entire apartment. The apartment is accessed via a communal entrance and we manage the whole building.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of central London and 5 minutes walk from Angel Underground station, you are ideally positioned with London’s main tourist sites, the City financial district and vibrant East London on all sides. Our favourite dining spots in Exmouth Market and Camden Passage are just a very short walk away!
Getting Around:
The apartment is located five minutes from Angel Underground station, granting you access to the entire London underground network. There are various bus stops nearby should you need to travel in or out of the city.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that this is one of six apartments in the building which we manage. The other five apartments are currently undergoing renovation, so there may be some noise during the week and the hallways leading to the apartment may look a bit unfinished.
When booking with us your stay will be protected by a Deposit Guarantee, Guest Guarantee and public liability provided by our risk management partner, SUPERHOG. To benefit from this protection you will be contacted by SUPERH0G directly to verify yourself.
Interaction with Guests:
Guests will be asked to check themselves in, unless requested or agreed otherwise. We will be available throughout your stay should you need us to make you stay more comfortable.
