Welcome to Park Hill View!
Our chic 5-bedroom home combines contemporary elegance with timeless warmth, sleeping up to 9 guests. It's perfect for family gatherings, intimate celebrations, or a little downtime while working in the city. Nestled within walking distance of Chapel Allerton's quirky boutiques, hip cafes, and global eateries, our home also offers excellent transport links, getting you into Leeds City Centre in under 15 minutes.
Spread over 3 decadent floors, our home sleeps up to 9 people, with each room featuring its own unique, inviting, homely touches. Fresh linen, plush bedding, and ample storage to rival the city's finest hotels!

- Bedrooms 4 & 5: Situated on the top floor, both bedrooms boast king-size beds and the added convenience of a private bathroom on the same floor, complete with a toilet and shower.

Our home features two full bathrooms and an additional toilet on the ground floor. The first-floor bathroom boasts an overhead waterfall shower and a large freestanding bath, perfect for soaking away the evening while the kids are in bed! All bathrooms are adorned with premium Lusso stone, gold accents, and modern herringbone-style flooring.
Living Space
As you enter through the marble hallway, you'll see how our home effortlessly marries the charm of original design features with sleek modern conveniences. Dripping in rich, comforting colour palettes, the grand open living space boasts high ceilings, large sash windows, and a private view of Potternewton Park. Sink into our sumptuous sofas facing our feature log-burning fireplace. The spacious living area is perfect for the whole family to snuggle up for movie night.
Kitchen
Our modern kitchen features marble worktops, double apron sink, double Falcon oven, and a coffee machine amongst many other homely amenities. With ample storage and all the culinary equipment you could need, our kitchen is the heart and hub of the home. Two dining tables across the kitchen and lounge ensure all guests can enjoy meals, whether it's a family cook-up, an afternoon graze, or a morning coffee.
Garden
Leading out from the kitchen is our secret suntrap! Head out onto the decking for a coffee in the morning and down to the patio for evening drinks and relaxation with seating areas provided. For those travelling with little ones, safety gates are fitted for your peace of mind.
