Situated right on the seafront of the picturesque town of Exmouth, this spacious flat is perfect for those wanting to enjoy a traditional seaside escape. The comfortable, modern lounge is open plan, providing a great entertaining space, with the bonus of a garden for warm summer evenings. Across the road is Exmouth's Blue Flag beach where you can try an array of watersports. Enjoy the golden sands all day and wander down to the marina for drinks and food in the evening. Please be aware that there will be scaffolding on the external of the building 14th August - 18th September 2024. It will not be in the rear garden.
This flat is bright and airy, with plenty of space for all your guests. There is an open-plan living space that leads into the kitchen and onto the garden beyond.
Decorated with a fresh and colourful palette, it is welcoming and cosy. The seating is large and comfortable, great for a night in front of the TV after a busy day. The main bedroom has its own ensuite shower room and a double bed. The second bedroom is a little more compact but still fits a double. There is a sofa bed in the lounge area, which is suitable for 1 extra person. The limit for this flat is 5 guests.
There is a log burner in the home, but no firewood or firelighters are provided. There is also a BBQ outside that guests can use, however, our cleaners do not clean this, so please make sure you leave it clean for the next guest.
Guest access
The home and garden is yours for the entirety of your stay. You will not share any of these spaces with anyone else.
There is a communal garden that is for permanent residents who have no private garden to use. Please stay in your private garden and don't use this space.
Thee is no parking with this flat. Please do not park anywhere in the spaces out the front. The guest manual we send to guests after booking will detail parking options

If there is a sofa bed in the home, it will not be set up as a bed. We presume you will want to use the sofa for its main use, as a sofa until the night time.
Early check-in and late check-out requests.
We charge an additional £20 for any requests that are granted in advance. Please message us through Airbnb messaging to see if we can accommodate your early check-in/late check-out request.
The holiday home is equipped with small hand soaps, a couple of toilet rolls per bathroom, and basic kitchen items such as a sponge, washing liquid, bin liners and salt & pepper. If you want anything specific, such as liquid hand soap or kitchen roll, please ensure you bring this with you for your stay. We do not top up consumables once the basic provision has run out, this includes toilet rolls.
If you wish to extend your stay, you must check with our team. The earlier you check, the better as we are sometimes unable to reschedule cleaning to suit. We must provide at least 24 hours notice to our cleaners.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.
The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
