Castellaccia Elegant Country House is an apartment with private garden located on the ground floor of a typical Tuscan-style farmhouse. The farmhouse houses about 7 apartments, each with its own private entrance.
The only shared space is the pool and barbecue area.
In the pool area, each apartment has its own private space: the pool furniture for this property includes two sun umbrellas and 4 sun loungers.
The private garden is equipped with a table, chairs, and a large umbrella for dining outside.
The house is on one floor and is perfect to accommodate up to 4 people.
If a child is present, a Pouf bed can be opened in one of the rooms.
The entrance to the house opens into a large room with a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, microwave, toaster, juicer, and everything you need), dining table, and a large sofa.
There is also a fireplace but since it has no closures it is only ornamental and cannot be lit.
From the kitchen/living room, a hallway leads to the other rooms: two large double bedrooms, and two full bathrooms: one with shower and the other with shower and whirlpool tub.
Finally, a utility room useful for storing your suitcases and duffels, where you will also find a washing machine, clothesline and iron.
The swimming pool is open from June to September
