The villa offers plenty of shaded area to cool down over a drink or BBQ in the hot summer days of the Mediterranean, a large lawn covered area to sunbathe by the pool, easy access to the beach, the tranquility of the Cape Greco coast line and close proximity to two of the most cosmopolitan resorts of Cyprus.

Complete with all modern appliances, quality furniture, fully air-conditioned, high speed Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV with English, European and Russian channels, the property is comfortable, tastefully decorated and well maintained there is no doubt that this villa will ensure a comfortable holiday for the most demanding guest.

The Neighborhood:
The estate is a seafront villa with unobstructed sea views ideally located in between the lively resort of Protaras and the scenic area of Capo Greko, just 300 meters from Mimoza Beach and very close to the Blue Flag Beach of Konnos Bay.

Getting Around:
A comfortable footpath provides easy access to the sea directly in front of the villa. Even though this is not a sandy beach, the waters are crystal clear and super clean. The nearest organised Beach is Mimosa and is only about 3 minutes' walk from the villa, a small white-sand beach that offers a small restaurant, sun-beds and parasols.

The beach at Konnos, a Blue-Flag destination, is complete with proper facilities and its charming beach cafe-bar.

Overlooking the action in the bay is "Cliffs", a great place for a drink and with a touch of intimacy and romance. Other venues overlooking the Bay are "Spartiatis", a clean local tavern liked by locals and visitors alike.

Other Things to Note:
Listed Prices include 300KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.30/Kwh.

This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
