Summary:
This stunning 5-bedroom property is situated with Bishops Park and the banks of the River Thames on its doorstep. Located on a peaceful residential street, there are a number of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The house is spread over 4 floors and each of the 5 bedrooms, ranging from Kings to Super King-sized beds, has its own uniquely designed bathroom. There is plenty of living, dining and entertaining space to be enjoyed.
The Space:
This stunning 5 bedroom property is divided across 4 levels. The formal living room goes through to a spacious kitchen which has air conditioning and top of the range gas & induction hob, teppanyaki plate, two separate ovens and a plate warmer. The dining table seats up to 8 guests and leads out onto the garden with further outdoor seating.
In the basement, there is capacity for the 5th bedroom if required, (please do let us know in advance if that is the case) as well as a little study room if a workspace is needed for the stay (again, please let us know in advance if this is the case). There is also a further large living space and Smart TV.
The two super king bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms are situated on the first floor (the master bedroom has A/C) and there are two further king size bedrooms on the second floor, one with ensuite bathroom and the other with its own bathroom just outside the bedroom, both bedrooms also have A/C.
Guest Access:
Guest has access to entire property and private garden.
The Neighborhood:
Fulham is a hugely popular residential area of London, particularly for young professionals and families alike.
It benefits from its proximity to Kensington & Chelsea. There is no shortage of options for food and drink in Parsons Green. One of London’s leading restaurants; The renowned River Café, is within easy walking distance.
The Crabtree is a delightful pub by the river with a beer garden. Tinto Coffee and Local Hero are also popular cafes for a coffee or breakfast.
The nearby Harwood Arms offers award-winning delicious food in a casual and relaxed environment. The Brown Cow which has a typically British menu and the house is conveniently located near to the Parsons Green Farmers' Market which is every Sunday from 10am - 2pm.
Parsons Green, Hurlingham Park and Bishops Park are all delightful green spaces near to the house.
Getting Around:
Putney Bridge Station- Underground (District Line ) is a 14 minute walk
Bus routes - the 14 (Putney Heath to Warren Street) and 414 (from Putney Bridge Station to Chippenham Road). Parsons Green and Imperial Wharf Overground Stations are also near to Putney Bridge and trains run from here to Victoria or Waterloo via a change at Clapham Junction.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter.
Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels.
If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change.
We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request.
Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee.
Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in. Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.
