This spacious dog friendly cottage with charming gardens lies roughly halfway between the market town of Pwllheli and the coastal village of Nefyn and makes the ideal base for exploring Pen Llŷn (the Llŷn Peninsula). With around 100 miles of stunning coastline, attractive villages, unspoilt countryside and a wealth of wildlife, Pen Llŷn is the ideal destination for outdoors lovers.

The cottage itself is surprisingly spacious, sleeping up to eight guests in four bedrooms, with a large kitchen diner and beautiful gardens with plenty of space for your four legged friends to enjoy.

On the ground floor the kitchen-diner is the heart of the house, a light, bright space, the kitchen offers plenty of room to enjoy sociable meals with a large dining table seating eight, as well as a long kitchen island that's perfect for casual breakfasts or enjoying a glass of wine whilst cooking dinner.

The kitchen is well equipped with a double oven, hob, microwave, four slice toaster, American style fridge-freezer and a dishwasher, with the added advantage of an adjoining utility/ boot room with a washing machine and separate sink. The boot room offers an ideal area for placing pet beds and serves as a convenient place for cleaning both muddy boots and dirty paws after a day of exploring.

Also on the ground floor is the living room, family bathroom with a bath with shower over, and two bedrooms, a standard double with statement wooden framed bed, matching bedside tables and a wardrobe providing ample storage, and a kingsize en-suite with a large walk-in shower, and triple wardrobe.

The living room is a pleasant triple aspect room with views over the garden. With a large corner sofa, and additional smaller sofa there is plenty of seating to relax after a day out, or to enjoy family film night on the smart TV; ward off the cold on chilly evenings with a real fire in the wood burning stove. The property has Superfast broadband which is ideal for streaming films or planning the next day's activities.

Upstairs are two further bedrooms. The first is a cosy room with twin beds tucked under the eaves, with a skylight and gable end window providing plenty of natural light; the second is a more spacious room with two standard single beds, and a chest of drawers for storage. Also upstairs is a small landing snug area with a sofa, a cloakroom with washbasin and WC, and a ‘den' with bean bags which provides a great chill out area for children and teens.
