This stunning barn conversion is found near the village of Tywardreath and within 5 miles of the harbour town of Fowey. Set in a tranquil, countryside location, this is a place to escape to and a wonderful base for exploring the south coast of Cornwall. The village amenities are accessed by a short drive of under 2 miles and the long stretch of sandy beach at Par Sands – beloved by dogs – is 3 miles away. Do visit the Duchy of Cornwall Nursery (4 miles) to view the pretty gardens and unusual plants and enjoy a special afternoon tea. Also nearby is The Eden Project (5 miles) and Cardinham Woods (8 miles) where you can discover stunning viewpoints, local wildlife, and a slice of Cornish history. The historic stannary town of Lostwithiel (3.5 miles) is famed for its antique shops and fairs or just enjoy a morning browse and picnic by the river.
