Die Carriage House Wohnung (A) ist eine kürzlich renovierte Wohnung mit eigenem Eingang, brasilianischen Kirschböden, Vollbad, Queen-Bett, ziehen Queen Queen Couch, volle Gourmet-Küche mit all Ihren Koch-Essentials und eine private Terrasse im Freien - ein toller Ort, um Ihren Morgen Tasse Kaffee oder Nachmittag Glas Wein zu genießen. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen 32 "Flachbild-TV mit einem Premium-Kabel-Paket, das HBO, Showtime und unzählige andere Netzwerke und Kanäle umfasst geladen.

Wir sind ideal gelegen in einer malerischen Wohnstraße, zu Fuß zum Church Street Marketplace, Burlington Waterfront, lokale Strände, den Radweg und vieles mehr. Der Park am Ende unserer Straße hat Tennis, zwei Spielplätze, Fußball, Basketball, Baseballfelder, einen Gemeinschaftsgarten und hundefreundliche Bereiche zum Wandern und Frisbee.

Die Nachbarschaft des Südens des Südens ist einzigartig. Obwohl es sehr nah an der Stadt und der Universität ist, ist es sehr ruhig. Diese historische Lage beherbergt Citizen Cider, Arts Riot, Dedalus Wine Shop, Tomgirl Juice Company, Great Harvest Bäckerei, Zero Gravity Brauerei, Queen City Brauerei, Champlain Schokolade, Lunaroma Aromatische Apotheke, New World Tortilla, eine blühende Kunst Gemeinschaft, alle in wenigen Blöcke, um nur einige der Nachbarschafts-Highlights zu nennen. Enjoyed our short stay

My wife and I stayed for two nights over the Columbus Day weekend. We were up in the area for a concert at the Higher Ground, which was a quick Uber ride away from the apartment. In addition to the concert, we enjoyed ourselves at many local restaurants and on a great bike ride around South Hero Island. My wife's initial response when walking into the apartment was about how clean and perfect it was for our short stay. I thought it was exactly what we needed to enjoy our weekend in the area and was very pleased with everything.

Not sure if this was in the description but you have to go up a small staircase upon entering which could be problem for some. Apartment was very nice and as described.

Vermont hideaway

Lovely little apartment that really did feel like you were in the trees! The windows all around gave it a wonderful outdoor feeling. Easy to find, nice neighborhood. The pictures don’t do it justice. Would definitely stay here again.

Champlain college move in weekend

My husband and i rented this property to move our daughter into college and stay the weekend in Burlington. It’s perfect for 2 people, one night on the couch was comfy enough for her 1 night with us. The apartment is quaint and quiet. It’s located in a lovely neighborhood which was perfect for walking everywhere from downtown to the breweries near by. Once move in was complete we parked and never used our car again. Great rental! Highly recommend

Great place to stay, diligent owners

Had a bit of a snafu with the fire alarm going off on the first night, but Dori and Boris were quickly available to help fix the issue. Great communication from the hosts, property was very nice to stay at and perfect for first time in Burlington.

Fun long weekend in Burlington

Went to Burlington for the Festival of Fools and to spend some time in the area. Visited the Saturday Farmers Market and the nearby Shelburne Museum which is impressive. There are lots of great places to eat. As for the stay, we were unable to use Dori’s as it had been accidentally overbooked. Fortunately her son had a rental available which had just been cleaned and was frankly quite a bit nicer than Dori’s so we stayed there. Dori was exceptionally communicative and helpful and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from her again.

Wonderful Getaway

Spent a couple days at this Carriage House close to downtown in a sweet quiet neighborhood. Apartment had everything and more than we needed to rest and relax when we weren’t out and about town. We would definitely stay again.

A great long weekend in VT

We had a great stay at Dori's place. The carriage house had everything we needed during a long weekend in Burlington for a hockey tournament. We enjoyed the well-appointed kitchen and relaxing in the living room. Everything was clean and in great shape! It was a quick drive to downtown and hiking trails. Thanks to Dori for great communication throughout the process.

Super cute in a great location!

Perfect location!

This was a perfect spot for two people to get away. The building is in a quiet residential neighborhood so it is quiet and relaxing, and the downtown area is nearby so we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go! Check in and out were easy. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great neighborhood

Location Location and a very responsive host! Within a mile of everything we wanted to do. We did the bike trails with were amazing and enjoyed some good restaurants. Dori a very good host. The apartment is on second floor of carriage house. The sofa was not the one in the listing and it was very worn and saggy. Loved the little outdoor screened porch for morning coffee. There were a few housekeeping issues that we discussed with Dori. The outdoor patio was attached to Dori's next door house and we did not ask about it but it seemed to be her space.Overall a good place .

I like to think of the Carriage House as a place to de-stress, and unwind, with a comfy no-fuss feeling. The garden has a relaxed bohemian style where one accepts quirks and imperfections. From every open window to the court yard you can listen to the melodic sounds of the water fountain and birds. I want my guests to feel at home and not worry that anything will break or that you will have to do anything with too much speed.
