Exclusive three-storey house with 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, individual air conditioning, and TV. The house features a terrace and is located on Calle Pescadores, behind the Church of San Lorenzo and just a few meters from the Alameda de Hércules.

Upon entering, we find the kitchen to the left, equipped with all necessary utensils and an American bar. It also has a dining table for 8 people. To the right is the living room, furnished with 2 sofas, 2 armchairs, a couple of side tables, and a smart TV. There is also a guest bathroom on this ground floor.

Going up the stairs, we find a small reading area and on both sides, bedrooms with king size beds of 180x200cm. Going up to the first floor, we find on the left a bedroom with two twin beds of 105x200cm and on the right, another bedroom with a king size bed of 180x200cm. Finally, on the first floor, there is a terrace with a bench, chairs and a table, ideal for enjoying the outdoors. All floors are equipped with a Wifi signal repeater to guarantee an excellent connection quality throughout the property.

The area is quiet and picturesque, perfect for enjoying the authentic Sevillian atmosphere, with easy access to traditional restaurants, shops, and historical points of interest.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
