Unsere Maui Haus liegt im schönen sonnigen Kihei, Maui, Hawaii. Die Anlage ist 15 Hektar großen, üppigen Gärten, Wasserfällen und Springbrunnen. Es ist über die Straße von Kamaole Beach Park # 3, die eine Spielwiese mit Schatten spendenden Bäumen gelegen und verfügt über einen Spielplatz, weißen Sandstrand mit großer Schnorcheln (Schildkröten und jede Menge Fisch), Boogie-Boarding und Blick auf die Inseln von Molokini und Kahoolawe (Soll-Insel) und West Maui.

Unsere 1 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer Eigentumswohnung komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie brauchen, um Ihren Aufenthalt komfortabel ausgestattet. Ein Kingsize-Bett und einem ausklappbaren Sofa machen Platz für vier Erwachsene mit zwei separaten Bädern für Ihre Privatsphäre zu schlafen. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, die mit neuen Kühlschrank, Herd und Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine und Trockner en suite aktualisiert wird. Wir haben Kabel-TV sowohl im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer. DVD, VCR, CD, MP3 und iPod-Player für Ihren Genuss. Bringen Sie Ihren Laptop und genießen Sie kostenlosen Highspeed-Internetzugang.

Unsere große zweiten Stock Lanai hat einen Tisch und Stühle für vier sowie eine Chaiselongue. Die große Lanai (Deck) bietet eine großartige Aussicht auf den Brunnen, üppige zentralen Gärten, Wasserfälle und Haleakala. Dies ist auch ein großartiger Ort, um zu frühstücken und genießen Sie den Gesang der vielen Vögel, die Kamaole Sands Hause anzurufen. Es ist auch ein großartiger Ort, um die schönen Maui Sonnenuntergänge genießen oder einfach nur ein Buch lesen

Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im Gebäude Nummer 1 entfernt. Das Gebäude ist eines der besten Lagen in der Anlage. Es liegt zwischen dem Strand und dem Pool. Nah an alles in der Anlage und den Strand, aber weit genug entfernt, um den Verkehr nicht zu hören. Die reservierten Parkplatz ist ein kurzer Spaziergang zum Aufzug.

Das Kamaole Sands Resort wurde "Best Condominium auf Maui" von den mehrmals Reisebranche gewählt. Das 15 Hektar-Komplex bietet einen großen Pool (2005 nachgearbeitet), ein Kinderbecken, zwei Whirlpools Whirlpools (einer ist nur für Erwachsene), acht schattigen Grillplätze mit Tischen und Grill ist (Diese BBQ reserviert werden kann, BBQ-Tools sind in die Wohnung). Vier Tennisplätze, die Regelung kann auch reserviert werden. Es hat eine bemannte 24/7 Rezeption und zwei Aktivitätszentren. Es bietet auch einen kostenlosen wöchentlichen Mai Tai Party am Pool mit Live-Unterhaltung.

Relax, Rest and Recharge

We recently spent a wonderful 17 days here to relax and recharge. Our trip was everything we wanted it to be. It suited us perfectly for many reasons: LOCATION: Kamaole Sands is one of the most beautiful and one of the top developments in Kehei; Kamaole III beach is directly across the road with a lengthy sand beach which is a perfect spot to watch the sunsets; 2 blocks away from a weekly artisan market; many shops and restaurants are all available within easy walking distance just a few blocks away yet, this location is not in the middle of the hustle and bustle activity along South Kihei Road farther north. CONDO: Exactly as pictured; We had everything we needed; 4 beach chairs and an umbrella available to use at the condo; kitchen had everything we needed to cook which we did almost every day; lots of towels and bedding linen. Could this condo use some upgrades? Sure. But is it priced to reflect that, and we could not have afforded to stay in a higher priced upgraded unit. This location was perfect for us! The best part is the LANAI: This development has two different sized Lanai and this condo has the largest of the two sizes. (another reason we booked it) We spent a great amount of time out there. Room for a table and four chairs plus a lay down lounger. Because of the depth it is never in full sun during the day, and there was always shade, to relax it. A small view of the ocean is always present to remind you where you are with three fountains in view

Exceeded Our Expectations

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. The kitchen was well stocked which we had read about in other reviews. One thing we really liked was the location of the condo within the complex. The fountains were not only nice to look at, they also wiped out the noise from the street. We have stayed at another complex for a number of years but chose this complex because we had our granddaughters with us. We will definitely choose Kamaole Sands for our next trip to Maui.

Good enough unit, excellent location

Pros:-Kind owners-Unbeatable proximity to the beach-Beautiful grounds-Lots of amenities on grounds like BBQs, pickleball, tennis, pool, good weights/cardio gym-pullout couch was very comfortable -AC worked well-Awesome lanai, mix of sun and shade-Clean unit, everything workedCons-Dated interior in general. Needs updating, especially when seeing inside the other 2 units our group had in this complex during this visit. Chipped walls here and there, some mildew in shower, older kitchen. But it was all 'fine'.-Fan in bedroom still a problem, not secured well enough. I see concerns about this date back over a year.--Next to elevator can be an issue if you are a light sleeper, but we didn't find that too much of an issue.-Charged a resort fee upon arrival that we had not been expecting during the booking. The other 2 units had it included in VRBO pricing.Overall:It was fine. We were safe, it was clean, great location, great complex. Unit itself is....fine, not 'wow'.Thanks for letting us stay in your unit.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Into was well stocked. Made lots of good use of the beach chairs and umbrella. Grounds a clean and beautiful. Pool, hot tub, Pickleball court and grills all in good working order and we enjoyed all of them immensely. We’ll be back again for sure!!!

Karaoke Sands great stay

Great location, we finally made it back to Maui after last year reroute to Kauai as a result of the Lahaina fires. Unit was clean and well stocked. Great amenities and a quick walk to Kam 3 beach and shopping. Pickle ball and the swimming pool was great!

Best location

We love the Kamaole Sands Resort. The grounds are beautiful and the walkability to the beach and restaurants is awesome. The communication with the Hernandez' was fantastic. All that being said, I concur with many of the reviews that call out the need for updates to the unit. The new flooring throughout most of the unit is great. The lanai is wonderful. The kitchen and bathrooms are tired. The air conditioning is only in the living room area. We really prefer to not use air conditioning, and we managed without it because Kihei has trade winds most afternoons so you can create a cross wind by having the door open and the lanai open. The bedroom would have been too hot for many people. There is a ceiling fan, but any speed above very low creates a major wobble and feels unsafe to sleep under. This should be addressed right away. Also, the wicker couch isn't that comfortable to sit on for longer periods. Would be great to replace that. But, all in all, we would stay again.

Kihei the place to stay

The place was great and it suited the needs of our family for our stay here. It is walking distance to the beach (pretty much just across the street) and walking distance or a short drive to many places to eat and shop. We would definitely rent from here again!

Beautiful spot!

We had such a lovely stay! The location is fabulous - Right across from one of our favorite beaches on Maui. The condo had everything we needed. It was spacious inside, and we really enjoyed the lanai! The gardens, tennis, pickle ball, and pool were also great. We would highly recommend this place and would stay here again!

Great family Condo complex

We had a great week just before Christmas. The pool with 2 jacuzzis is fantastic. I used the gym every morning.We walked across the road to the beach every day. Overall it's an awesome place for families. We would stay there again

Thank you William for sharing your property which was budget friendly, well located, and embedded in a beautiful complex. We most enjoyed the lanai and the peacefulness of our surroundings. Perfect family condo

Can’t go wrong with this condo! Everything you need for beach fun and a fantastic location in Maui. Right across from Kameole beach park 3. BIG patio with a great inner courtyard/ocean view. We had one small issue with the fridge and William handled the issue promptly. Will be staying here again! Thanks for the great trip!

Great Stay!

We spent about a week here and had a great stay! The condo was clean and comfortable with a great location right across from the beach! The views are incredible and we could hear the whales from the lanai on the morning! We had everything we needed (kitchen, beach things, etc) to enjoy our vacation!
