With Leyton Underground station being a few minutes walk away, you will have very easy access to the Central line. Beyond this, you can access the Elizabeth Line, Jubilee, and DLR.

This stylish and airy apartment is designed to provide you with a comfortable, sophisticated and inviting home away from home, perfect for your London stay.
The space
As you step into our apartment, you will greeted with a bright and airy space - which hopefully will make you feel at home straight away!

Here at our E10 apartment, you will find:

Living Area:
Furnished with comfortable sofas, a TV, and other homely comforts, you should be able to relax and unwind.
The space is tastefully decorated with modern furnishings, yet we have retained the traditional features where possible, including the original fireplace (purely decorative these days!), creating a welcoming atmosphere for lounging or entertaining.

Kitchen:
Adjacent to the living area is the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and ample counter space. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or whipping up a gourmet dinner, you'll find everything you need to satisfy your culinary cravings.

Dining Room:
For seating up to 4 people, you can socialise and enjoy a home-cooked or bought-in meal around the table.

Bedroom:
Retreat to the tranquil bedroom, furnished with a comfortable bed and soft linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. With plenty of storage space for your belongings and thoughtful touches throughout, the bedroom provides a peaceful sanctuary to recharge and rejuvenate.

Bathroom:
Freshen up in the sleek and modern bathroom, featuring a bathtub, shower over bath, luxurious toiletries, and plush towels. Whether you prefer a quick rinse or a leisurely soak, the bathroom offers all the amenities you need to start or end your day on a refreshing note.

For your convenience, the property is equipped with modern amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and heating to ensure your comfort throughout your stay. We also provide essentials such as linens, towels, and toiletries to make your visit as seamless as possible.

LATE CHECK OUTS
We will always try to accommodate late check out requests where possible. Please let us know what time you would like to potentially check out by. There is a charge of £20.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
