Apartment located in a very quiet area, ideal for traveling with the family.
With exit from the premises about 200m from the beach, very well connected to buses, trains and nearby supermarkets.
Recently renovated, it stands out for being bright and sunny, perfect for teleworking from your private terrace for its views and tranquility.
It has communal areas, gardens and swimming pool.
Pool open from June 15 to September 30.
By Decree, water pressure is lowered from 0-6am except Saturdays.
Regarding the property itself, the apartment has been recently renovated, thinking about the convenience and comfort of guests. It consists of kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom and terrace.
The kitchen has a breakfast bar open to the living room, with 4 stools, furniture with enough appliances and kitchenware so that you can feel at home, with a built-in wardrobe next to the entrance with large storage capacity.
The living room stands out for its luminosity, with a chaise longue sofa bed, and a 55" Smart TV, as well as a ceiling fan and air conditioning, with plugs with USB sockets (which are also in the bedroom).
The terrace provides spectacular views of the pool and common areas and a unique tranquility, it has an elegant anti-mite carpet, with a folding table with 3 positions, 4 comfortable folding chairs and an awning.
In the bedroom we have a large 180x190 bed, with a built-in wardrobe and a chest of drawers, on which a 32" Smart TV rests, with a ceiling fan and air conditioning, so that rest is as comfortable as possible, set with some LED lights over the headboard of the bed.
In the hallway there is a shoe cabinet, under a mirror, leading to the bathroom that stands out for its shower with 4 types of water jet (rain mode, telephone, tap type and bidet function), accompanied by a plate of matching shower and screen.
We have a Wi-Fi connection in the apartment, its signal reaching the pool area.
In a small garden next to the entrance there are swings, ideal for the little ones. Although the most attractive and desirable area is the POOL, with a water temperature that is always pleasant and very calm, being open from JUNE 15 to SEPTEMBER 30, with hours from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. At the back of the common areas there is a table tennis table.
From June to September there will be free parking available for guests, 1 vehicle at Parkia Carihuela (Avenida Carlota Alessandri, 54), consult when booking.
The location of the venue is very good, having 2 bus stops in front, one in the direction (Benalmádena-Marbella) and the other in the direction (Airport-Málaga). Being about 10-15 minutes from the Torremolinos Centro train station, which covers the line from Fuengirola to Malaga (round trip) with a stop at the Airport.
There is an access-exit gate to the complex 3 minutes from the beach, with taxi stops nearby, supermarkets nearby and close to places of interest such as Battery Park, Puerto Marina or Calle San Miguel, among others.
The apartment has the appropriate systems so that check-in and check-out can be done online, however I will be available and contactable for anything you need.
RULES:
The internal regulations of the community must also be stated for the proper functioning and normal coexistence of the building's neighbors:
- Users will avoid noisy or strident activities that could disturb the rest of other users of the building, respecting the hours from 3 to 5 p.m. and from midnight to 8 a.m.
- It is prohibited to deposit garbage bags, hygienic waste and containers with liquids in trash cans or in common areas.
- Ball games are prohibited in common areas and facilities. Community swings will always be used under adult supervision.
- Smoking is prohibited in any community area or facility. The throwing of cigarette butts is also prohibited.
- Rules for use of the pool:
• The hours of use will be from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., without noise and disturbing the neighbors.
• Entry with street clothes or shoes is prohibited.
• Use the shower before immersion and do not use any type of gel or soap in the shower.
• Use clay trash cans.
• The intake of alcohol and tobacco consumption is prohibited.
• Glass containers are prohibited on the lawn.
• The entry or stay of pets is prohibited.
• The use of the pool by minors is prohibited without being accompanied by those responsible.
• Games with balls are prohibited.
• It is mandatory to wear a suitable swimsuit. The pool is an exclusively textile area and toplessness is prohibited.
