Directions from Paphos Airport
From Paphos Airport head towards Paphos all the time and take a left at the first round about down a new dual carriageway. You will reach a roundabout and you will take a right. You continue straight, through many small rounds about and traffic lights all the time straight. When you pass 4 round abouts you will take left on Melinas Mercouri street, and you will see your complex “ Limnaria Gardens”, your block is H.
Apartment is on 2 floor.
The key box is next to main entrance door in the post box of the apartment 202:
The key box code is ….. Please replace the key in this box on departure and scramble the code.
Wi-Fi will send you separately QR code
The 2 bedrooms apartment has 2 bedrooms.
There is a veranda with outside furniture.
The is common pool
There is free Wi-Fi in the property. Hairdryer, iron, ironing board. Hot/cold water. The flat screen TV in the living room.
• Please note:
No Smoking and no pets are allowed in our properties.
No parties are allowed in the property.
No loud music outside, and no music / loud activities outside after 11pm.
No Confetti and no hanging of decoration is also allowed.
The villas are in residential areas and should be treated as such, as a home.
All Barbeques should be made on the small stones in the garden and NOT on the patio tiles.
All garbage should be removed from the property and placed in the outside bins provided.
Pleased remember to close all windows on departure and put the key back in box and change the numbers.
Regarding electrical utilities each of them have their own switch, you will need to keep on in order to use it. As also for the water to be warm for shower please use the heater boost for minimum 30min per person and then to have a shower otherwise it will be cold. If it is sunny day no need to press bottom at all, you will have hot water.
