Nur wenige Blocks von Texas A & M entfernt befindet sich unsere Maisonette mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 1 Bad. Das Game Day Shuttle wird am Ende des Blocks abgeholt. Bequem zu Campus, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Aggie gehört und vermietet, bieten wir einen großartigen Ort, um Ihren Kopf mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, Waschmaschine / Trockner, neu renoviertem Innenraum (kein Teppichboden) und einer kleinen Außenterrasse und einem umzäunten Hinterhof auszuruhen. Zu den möblierten Unterkünften gehören 2 Queensize-Betten und eine große Ausziehcouch und ein Doppelflügelbett. Deckenventilatoren in jedem Zimmer, Highspeed-Internet und Kabel-TV in jedem Zimmer. Vor dem Hotel befinden sich 2 Parkplätze. Das Parken in der Straße ist nicht gestattet. Wir bieten Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Seife, Kaffeebar, Vollküchenwaschmittel und fast alle Grundbedürfnisse für Ihren Komfort und Aufenthalt.

You will not be disappointed! The host Sonia was fabulous and responsive ! The place had everything you need . Everything you need in the kitchen . Everything you need in the bathroom. Soap , shampoo/conditioner , toilet paper , tissues . For laundry there was everything you needed to wash and dry your cloths . It was nice to have TVs in the bedrooms. It was quiet . Close to the college. There is some great shops and restaurants right there . Not to far to Walmart . Don’t hesitate to book !!

Best host ever!

We've stayed at many great VRBO properties, but we've never had a better host than this. She was exceedingly kind and gracious and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The home is lovely - very clean, cozy and well cared for. We had a great time!

Great Place and Good Location

Sonia was a great host and made the process super easy. The place is well equiped with a lot of nice extras. I forgot my toothbrush and there was a nice basket in the bathroom that was for things you forgot. Nice coffee service in the kitchen and the beds were comfy. Would recommend! Perfect for two couples to stay and close to everything in CSTAT.

Celebrating my son’s College graduation.

Enjoyed our stay at this place! Mrs. Jennings was very attentive and was always available for any questions. Greatly appreciated the bbq supplies she provided for our small gathering. The rental has many items available in case you forget basic essentials. Peaceful neighborhood, not to far from campus.

Game weekend

Perfect for game day fun. Duplex is close to campus. It is really cute, decorated nicely. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of bathroom supplies in case you forget. I cooked chili for 13 students that showed up for free food and we had a blast. The next night we grilled steaks on a charcoal grill that the owner brought over specifically for us (how about that!!!) I would definitely stay again.

Great central place to stay in Aggieland

This place is just as described. We just stayed here for 4 days of new student conferences at TAMU. The owner has thought of literally everything to make your stay nicer. Anything from forgotten toiletries, first aid kit, snacks, and even a clear bag to borrow in case you forgot one for the football game. The beds are very comfortable and everything is very clean and inviting. The owner is also a former graduate. This is a perfect place to stay for parents or anyone needing a place to stay when visiting the campus and College Station. We will definitely be back!

Great Place to Stay!

Sonja was great to work with. Her place is recently remodeled, clean and inviting. She had the place ready for us and brought some snacks in, which was a welcome sight. Shopping was right around the corner and Texas A&M is down the street and on the bus route. Thank you for making our trip an enjoyable one!

Clean, tidy, convenient and comfortable

What a great place to stay! We use VRBO often and this is another find we will definitely want to come back to. A “Smart home”, how convenient and easy. Communication with the owner was great. Beds were comfortable, home was very clean, updated and we had more than enough amenities. Extra touches are taken with this home to provide comfort.

Great stay!

Great stay for 3 weeks here! Neighborhood definitely has character, but never felt unsafe. Walk or bike-able to campus with sidewalks the whole way. Interior of the duplex has been redone recently and is very comfy. The neighbors are super quiet. The owner has obviously put a lot of effort into making sure that guests have everything they need to feel at home. She is also easy to reach if you need anything. For sure will stay again when I’m in town!

We loved it and look forward to staying here again!

This is a lovely place! It is a quiet, cozy place that was very convenient for picking up our Aggie granddaughter from the Quad at TAMU. I love how it is decorated with the Aggieland theme. The beds are very comfortable, the bedding and linens are of top quality. The bathroom is equipped with shampoo, shower soap, luxurious thick towels. The kitchen has everything you need, we enjoyed the snacks left on the table and the Keurig with the coffees and cream. There is plenty of room to relax. We used the washer and dryer and were so appreciative to have that available. Within near distance and easy to get to we found a grocery store, bakery, restaurant, theatre, shopping and church. Sonia the owner is the best! We discovered after we checked out that we had left a bag there. The housekeeper discovered the bag, secured it in a safe place, and later delivered it to our granddaughter. We found out she was an Aggie also, what a network of awesome Aggies! We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic place to stay

The duplex is a comfortable place to stay and reasonable priced. Looks to be newly renovated. It is close to campus, grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. Owner is readily available for questions or if any issues pop up. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit.

Perfect for a Game Weekend

This property has been completely updated/remodeled, and is equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable game weekend stay. Very clean and modern, with an efficient kitchen space complete with coffee and fixings. The best feature of this property, for us, was the location! VERY close to campus, within walking distance of the grocery store, and located right on the shuttle bus route for game day shuttles. On football game weekends, you definitely want to stay somewhere where you can meet your basic needs (grocery, getting to campus) without having to drive your vehicle around College Station with the crowds who are in town for the game. The neighborhood is quiet, and our fish (freshman at TAMU) was able to come to the property with us and enjoy a long afternoon nap after a busy weekend of duties on campus. Bedrooms are clean, quiet, and outfitted with excellent quality bedding providing for a very good night's sleep. We will definitely return here!
