Unique 2 bedroom Flat in Heart of Walthamstow
This is a first-floor flat in a two-floor building in a quiet residential street in the much sought-after area of Walthamstow. The flat is very well connected to central London and the Victoria underground station of Blackhorse Road is less than 5 minutes away, from which you can access Kings Cross St Pancras station in 12 minutes, Oxford Circus in 15 min and Victoria station in 20 minutes.
The flat has 2 bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed and the other with a double bed. The living room has its own door, and there is a comfortable sofa bed which can very easily be converted to a double bed, so the flat can accommodate up to 6 people in three separate rooms. The highlight of the flat is the ample views of skyline over a big area of playing fields and plenty of sunlight coming through to both bedrooms. View of the sunset from the bedrooms can be amazing on a sunny day!
The newly renovated kitchen offers all the cooking amenities, including a microwave and an espresso machine. The bathroom is modern, with beautiful tiles and a walk-in power shower. Central gas heating with a new combi boiler and thermostat as well as roof insulation and double-glazed windows ensure a warm and energy-efficient space all year-round. Amenities include a TV with Netflix and all apps. Fully compliant with all authority regulations with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms.
