Only 300 meters away is the beautiful beach of Praia dos Alemães. The complex shares a communal swimming pool with well-maintained gardens. Located between the old town of Albufeira and the new town, all amenities are within a short walking distance, including sandy beaches, supermarkets, restaurants and bars.

The apartment is fully equipped with one comfortable bedroom: furnished with 1 double bed and 1 single bed with en-suite bathroom. There is also a second bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The apartment has been renovated and the multi-functional living room has a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge area with comfortable seating, TV and a terrace perfect for al fresco dining or enjoying a relaxing drink at sunset or an early morning coffee.

The kitchen has all the modern appliances you may need during your stay.

Free Wi-Fi is included and there is air conditioning in the bedroom and living room.

This apartment benefits from its close proximity to everything you may require for a relaxing holiday: beautiful sandy beaches (Praia dos Alemães only 300 meters away) and shops, bars and restaurants within close walking distance. Locations of interest are the Albufeira Strip (about a 10-minute walk) with all the best bars and nightlife in town and the historic Albufeira Old Town (20-minute walk).

The changeover day for this property is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season).
