Panoramic sea view villa with a pool on the ancient red rock hills of Theoule sur Mer, a nice sea front drive to Cannes and surrounding towns.

Set on the side of the hill just after the main center of Théoule sur Mer, this villa is the ideal setting for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.

The rooms are spacious and all face the sea, there are several terraces, a great pool area and two bedrooms are independent from the main house for more privacy.

Up the driveway from the main street, enter the villa at ground level, here you have a large corridor leading to two bedrooms and the stairs up to the 1st floor.

The first bedroom is the master bedroom with a king size bed, amazing views, an en-suite bathroom with a sea facing bath tub, a shower unit and a wc.

The second bedroom also has a king size bed, it's a very spacious room with a sitting area, an en-suite shower room with a walk in shower and a wc.

Both these bedrooms have access to a large sea facing terrace.

Up the stairs to the first floor, here you have a very spacious living area, with a dining table for up to 10 people, a well equipped open plan kitchen with a table for 6, a comfortable sitting area with two sofas and armchairs, a full sea facing terrace with a table for 8 and another terrace off the kitchen with a table for 8.

Also on this floor are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite shower room and wc, the other one with two large single beds, an en-suite shower room and wc and its own small terrace.

Down to the pool level, there are two terraces above and next to the pool, with loungers on a decked area, these are all sea facing.

The bedrooms are all air conditioned, the villa has wifi, there is Parking for two cars although easier for small cars and you can also park in the street below.

Beaches are a short walk away, and restaurants a very short drive away, there are buses/shuttles into town in the summer months.
