THE SPACE

Communal reception hall
Upon entering through the revolving door into the communal hallway of The Atrium, guests are greeted by a setting of refined luxury. Adorned with an exquisite marble flooring and intricate dark wood detailing, the reception area exudes elegance and sophistication, setting a distinguished tone for the entire property.

Property entrance hall
Once you are inside the front door of The Atrium you will be immediately struck by the sense of grandeur and opulence. The focal point is a sweeping double staircase, complemented by stylish monochrome flooring, an art deco style chandelier and ornate gold mirrors.

Family bathroom
Indulge in sheer luxury within the sumptuous confines of The Atriumbathroom. Situated on the ground floor, it features a generously sized circular bath, accommodating two individuals, complemented by a rejuvenating rainfall shower. With twin sinks, an elegant vanity mirror and ample storage, this bathroom is a sanctuary of comfort and sophistication.
We will provide towels and mini toiletries for use during your stay.

Second bedroom
Situated on the ground floor within the apartment, the second bedroom offers a comfortable retreat for guests. The versatile super king bed, which can be split into two singles upon request, ensures a restful night's sleep for all.

The room is adorned with a striking royal blue headboard, adding a touch of modern artistry to the space, complemented by bedside tables for convenience. Open hanging storage and drawers provide ample space for storage.

The second bedroom features a door that adjoins the master bedroom, ideal for parents and children. The door has a window with a blind that can be opened or closed depending on guests’ preference.

Master bedroom
The luxurious master bedroom features scandi herringbone wood flooring and floor to ceiling light drapes which combine to create an atmosphere of refined elegance. Rattan suspended reading lights above the bedside tables offer a touch of sophistication and functionality.

Guests can enjoy restful nights on the comfortable double bed with a wooden headboard, while a unique one way mirror allows glimpses into the bright and airy sunroom without compromising privacy.
Built-in wardrobes provide ample storage space, ensuring a clutter free environment for relaxation.

The ensuite bathroom, with neutral decor and floor to ceiling tiles, epitomises contemporary style and comfort. Guests can indulge in a luxurious bathing experience with the built in bath featuring a rainfall shower overhead. Further amenities include a WC and basin with an open faucet, rattan storage, a wall mounted oval mirror and heated towel rail.

Sun room
With access from both the master bedroom and the lounge area, this space boasts incredibly high ceilings, evoking a sense of grandeur and spaciousness. Enormous windows offer views of the courtyard garden, inviting natural light to flood the room.

The decor is a perfect blend of modern trends and timeless elegance, with on trend rattan furniture juxtaposed against an oversized botanical print adorning the wall. Additional botanical prints displayed in a gallery along the staircase leading to the lounge area add to the room's lively ambiance.

Vibrant colours and bold designs, along with lush Monstera and banana leaf plants, create an inviting tropical oasis. Guests can relax in style on purple modern bean bag chairs, illuminated by elegant sconce lighting, all atop a stunning wooden herringbone floor.

French doors lead seamlessly to the patio garden, allowing for a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.

Courtyard garden
Luxury meets tranquillity in this spacious patio garden. The focal point of the courtyard is the large L shaped sofa and table, featuring a captivating gas fire in the centre, creating a cosy atmosphere for gatherings with friends and family.

Stylish egg chairs, one standing and one hanging, provide comfortable seating options for guests to relax and unwind. Modern planters adorned with bold foliage, including various grasses and ferns, add a touch of natural elegance to the space.

Whether enjoying a morning coffee or evening cocktails under the stars, the courtyard is the perfect outdoor sanctuary for guests to enjoy the beauty of nature in style.

Living/dining area
Accessible via staircase from both the sunroom and the property entrance, this mezzanine floor offers an abundance of natural light and a sense of spaciousness.
The lounge area boasts opulent comfort with a three seater royal blue velvet sofa bed, perfect for relaxing or accommodating additional guests. Mandarin occasional chairs add a pop of colour against the geometric area rug, creating a stylish and inviting atmosphere. Should you wish to use the sofa bed, please let us know in advance of your stay.

Entertainment is at your fingertips with a 42” Smart TV, complete with guest login for Netflix. The beautiful bar area with a gold bar cart adds a touch of glamour to the space, perfect for entertaining or enjoying a nightcap.
The dining area features a large table with seating for seven guests, including leather upholstered chairs and a bench, providing ample space for gatherings and meals.

A skylight above floods the area with natural light, enhancing the ambiance and creating a stunning feature. Whether sharing meals with loved ones or gathering for lively conversations, this space offers the perfect setting for memorable moments.

Conveniently located off the lounge area, the utility room offers practical amenities for guests' convenience. Equipped with a washer/dryer, iron, and ironing board, guests can easily take care of laundry needs during their stay.

Step into the heart of culinary luxury at The Atrium, accessible via the sweeping staircase at the property's entrance or through a low ceiling landing area between the lounge and kitchen (please see property photos for clarification).

This high end, stylish kitchen is a harmonious blend of modern sophistication and cosy charm. Monochrome tiles set the stage, with dark blue base cabinets contrasting elegantly against bright white cabinets, textured subway tiles and gold fixtures and fittings, creating a timeless yet contemporary aesthetic. The breakfast bar with seating for two provides the perfect spot for casual dining or socialising while cooking.
Equipped with top of the line appliances, the kitchen at The Atrium is a chef's dream. An American-style double fridge freezer with water and ice systems, along with a wine fridge, ensure that beverages are always at the perfect temperature.
