The space
This ultra luxe 1 bedroom property is situated in Southbourne and is a mere 100m stroll to the beach, ocean and water sports. After a day spent at the beach you can wash your sandy toes under the outdoor shower, then relax in the hammock with a great book or enjoy your favourite playlist as the sun starts to set.

We anticipate you’ll be blown away as no expense has been spared on this brand new stylish, luxury beach apartment that you can now call home. On arrival you will find our luxury hamper packed full of goodies to get your vacation off to the right start.

The whole place feels open, modern and is bathed in natural light. The master bedroom has one of the comfiest king sized beds to ensure you get a restful nights sleep. This plush bed has a smart zip link feature so the bed can be easily transformed into single beds depending on your needs. A morning at The Beach House will be well spent as you open your bi-fold doors and sit with your coffee and newspaper in hand in the garden by the lusciously green living walls as the sun comes up overhead.

The open plan lounge has a generous double sofa bed which will comfortably accommodate two extra guests and make a comfy spot when you are ready to catch up on your favourite soaps. The lavish kitchen just off the lounge area comes fully equipped with all the essential amenities to make your stay perfect and so you feel right at home. When you are ready to unwind, you can retreat to the family bathroom which features a wonderful walk-in shower, wash basin, toilet and is complete with luxe complimentary toiletries.

We would like to inform you that should you require linens for the sofa bed, there will be a nominal fee of £20. This charge is implemented to ensure your utmost comfort and satisfaction. However, if you do not need the sofa bed linens, rest assured that this charge will not be applicable, allowing you to enjoy your stay without any additional costs.

As per our damage policy, all upcoming guests have the option to choose either a one-time refundable damage deposit of £400 or a one-time non-refundable damage waiver of £95. Further details will be provided after your booking is confirmed.
