This property with a salt pool and air conditioning was designed for your dream vacation and is available to accommodate 8 people. It consists of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, living and dining room, equipped kitchen, parking space for 2 cars and a spectacular terrace with outdoor furniture and a swimming pool, ideal for sunbathing and playing for adults and kids, not to mention the spectacular barbecues that never end with a view of the sea.

In the basement of the property, accessed by stairs, we can find a relaxation and fun area, with a snooker table, sofa and bathroom.

On the ground floor we can find an equipped kitchen for 8 people, with an electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, Delta coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine and cooking utensils. Living room, where you can relax on the modern sofas or watch cable TV and use the free WIFI we have at your disposal, dining area, where you can find a table and chairs for 8 people overlooking the pool. We also have a bedroom with a King Size bed measuring 1.80m L by 2.00m C and a complete bathroom.

On the top floor, accessed by stairs, we can find: 3 en-suite bedrooms, all with double beds, complete bathroom and built-in wardrobe. You can also find a fantastic terrace with a relaxation area and incredible views of the sea.

Outside the house, with direct access from the living room and kitchen, we can find one of the highlights of this spectacular holiday home, the extraordinary south-facing terrace with a huge 10m*4.3m swimming pool, maintained in salt, with a depth of between 1.20 m and 1.50m, prepared for your favorite dives, equipped with table and chairs for your meals, lounge area with sun loungers to relax and enjoy a beautiful glass of wine, barbecue so you can grill beautifully while enjoying the splendid sun Algarve. The pool is not heated, but can be covered so that it easily reaches temperatures above 30º in summer.
