Conveniently situated, our Relaxing Town Centre House has been recently renovated and is
the perfect base for exploring Shropshire. Our beautifully restored holiday home is just a few
minutes’ walk from Shrewsbury town centre, the Quarry Park, Theatre Severn, and top-rated
restaurants. The train station is less than an 8-minute walk, with the iconic Ironbridge Gorge
and rolling Shropshire Hills (AONB) less than a 30-minute drive.
The 3-bedroom holiday home has a living room with a flat-screen TV with streaming
services, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave, and 1 family
bathroom. The property is non-smoking, with an outdoor smoking area located in the private
courtyard.
Towels, bed linen and complimentary toiletries are provided in the holiday home. As well as
a selection of teas and coffee.
About this space
Enjoy proximity to the recently restored 18 th Century Flax Mill Maltings and intriguing ‘Dana
Prison’ tourist attraction. With the train station and bus station within an 8-minute walk,
exploring is super convenient. Inside, relish in modern comfort and historic charm. Relax in
the inviting living area, cook in the well-equipped kitchen, and rest in the comfortable
bedrooms. Unforgettable memories await in this prime location.
The space
The property is a newly renovated three storey end of terrace house. On the ground floor we
have the comfy lounge, well-equipped kitchen and relaxing courtyard. On the first floor; a
large family bathroom with a lovely relaxing shower and the main king/twin bedroom (this
can be set up as you wish on request). Heading up to the second floor we have a light and
airy double bedroom and a comfy single room.
The property has the following for guest use:
Super-fast fibre broadband through-out
55” TV (lounge) has access to all digital channels and on-demand streaming services
such as Netflix and Prime Video (your own login credentials required).
Also available in the lounge: Amazon Alexa, board games, town maps & trails and
local books/literature
32” TV (second-floor single bedroom) with on-demand streaming services and a
PlayStation 4 Games Console

The accommodation features a private entrance (which is situated on the side of the
building). Guests have private access to the whole property through-out their stay. You
access the holiday home through contactless check in with keys in a lockbox situated next to
the front door.
Nearby on-street parking is accessible at the holiday home free of charge. Details with
information on nearby parking and the unique key code will be sent prior to arrival.

Birthplace of Charles Darwin, Shrewsbury is set amidst the glorious Shropshire countryside
near to the Welsh Borders and is one of England’s finest medieval market towns.
The town has over 600 listed buildings including the Castle and the Abbey.
Relax in the beautiful Quarry Park or take a Sabrina boat trip on the River Severn. You will
also find a huge variety of things to see and do in the surrounding countryside.
The historic centre is a shopper’s haven packed with designer shops and an amazing range
of independent retailers. And of course all the bars, cafes and restaurants you could ever
wish for.
Shrewsbury is known for its rich history and picturesque streets. St Michaels Street is no
exception, with beautiful architecture and a sense of charm that harkens back to the town's
medieval past.

outstanding views overlooking the River Severn. The café is situated in the Parade (an old
