Comfortable 2 bedroom condo in easily accessible Tahoe Donner on lower Northwoods Boulevard. Its proximity to downtown Truckee makes it ideal for those who want to be surrounded by nature but appreciate being minutes away from great restaurants and world-class ski resorts. Tahoe Donner guests enjoy all that TD is known for*: hundreds of miles of hiking and biking trails, tennis, equestrian center, golf course, gym, and Donner Lake Marina.

This is a lovely 1st floor 1400 square-foot 2-bedroom condo. The space is set up ideally for 3-4 people. The main living are is designed to allow easy flow between kitchen, dining, and living room, with sliding glass doors that welcome nature in with beautiful Tahoe forest views and lead to an ample deck. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom (tub-shower as does second bathroom). The second bedroom has double size bunk beds. There are plenty of games and comfortable areas to sit and relax. Organic cotton sheets and thoughtful touches throughout complete the experience.

Please note: Absolutely NO ANIMALS allowed at this property. We love animals but for health reasons cannot accommodate animals, and guests often book our condo for the same reason. We appreciate your consideration in adhering to this policy. Guests who bring animals, or more than the number of permitted guests during any part of their stay, will be asked to leave immediately as this is a violation of our house rules and policies. No refunds given.

Please note that we are strict about our cancellation policy, and we follow VRBO guidelines regarding extenuating circumstances. It is essential that our guests purchase travel insurance. Occasionally, due to snow or ice the roads may close, disrupting travel plans. In the summer, there is the possibility of poor air quality due to wildfires. Refunds will not be issued due to air quality or weather issues. However, we will be happy to credit the amount paid toward a future stay.

As much as we love animals, we do not allow them under any circumstances due to family health concerns. Please do not bring animals with you.

This unit sleeps no more than 4 people.

Tahoe Donner is a very sound sensitive neighborhood, and enforced quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am.

There is no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property.

There is one security camera located in the garage.
