Welcome to my spacious and delightfully furnished flat in the heart of Hammersmith that feels like your home away from home.
Situated in the chic Hammersmith area, this flat offers seamless access to the city centre, catering to guests seeking a blend of business and leisure.
You will be just 6 min walk from Hammersmith train station which have direct links to Heathrow airport and London's attractions.
Our newly renovated split-level flat sleeps 6 in two large en-suite double bedrooms, and one comfy double sofa bed. Enjoy the skyline views across London from the top floor bedroom.penthouse.
The flat is located on the 3rd floor of the building and there is no lift. Access is via stairs only. Contemporary furnishings combine with a dazzlingly wooden floor to create a most inviting welcome in the open-plan living area.
You will find comfortable sofas, a coffee table, and a Smart TV for entertainment. You can also use your own log in details for TV applications like Netflix, Prime etc.
The open-plan family kitchen is the heart of the home, complete with modern appliances (such as oven, gas hob, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine).
The spacious four-person dining area with its eye-catching painting is a bright and stylish space for enjoying meals with family and friends.
Across the room, the seating area beckons with sofas to comfortably sit 6, providing a tranquil retreat for quiet contemplation or intimate conversations.
On this floor is a spacious Double Bedroom with a large en-suite bathroom that has a bath perfect to soak in after a hard day of sightseeing.
The wooden staircase leads you to second spacious penthouse-style Double Bedroom with an en-suite bathroom that also features both a bath and walk-in shower. You will also find stylish armchairs and nest of tables, plus a wide private terrace with stunning views of the city-scape...do try spot the Shard of Glass!
Each bedroom is tastefully furnished and has high-quality bedding to provide warmth and comfort. The full length wardrobes offer ample storage space for clothing and personal belongings.
The flat is ideal for getting to the museums in South Kensington, Stamford Bridge, Wimbledon, Olympia and the Chelsea Flower Show.
On street parking is available outside the flat and adjacent streets. Guests need to pay for this parking by phone or via the RINGO app. Roads nearby control parking between 9am and 5pm.
The property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.
A complimentary welcome pack of tea and coffee will be waiting for you on arrival. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll which will last a couple of days. If wish to purchase more for your stay there are shops 1 min walk across the road at Brackenbury Village, or further in downtown Hammersmith.

* Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. One extra night will be charged for late check out.

* Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys - please be careful with them.
DURING YOUR STAY
*Mid-stay cleaning sessions/linen can be organised on request for additional charge.
*No parties will be tolerated - and an extra £250 fee will apply should any house rules be broken.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
