Streatham is a busy residential suburb known for recreational spots like the Ice and Leisure Centre, with its Olympic-size ice-skating rink. Tooting Bec Lido is a massive outdoor pool with a cafe and picnic area, while woodlands, meadows, and a playground are the draw at Streatham Common. The bustling High Road offers unpretentious Asian, Italian, and Middle Eastern dining and is home to the Hideaway jazz venue.
Streatham Common (Southern Trains) – An overground station from Victoria Station to Brighton, accessible via a 7-9 minute walk from the flat.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
