Phaedrus Living: Traditional Stone House Pachna

Welcome to Traditional Stone House Pachna, a beautifully crafted residence nestled in the charming village of Pachna, Limassol. This exquisite property, built from stone and adorned with wooden elements, offers a perfect blend of traditional charm and modern comfort.
As you enter the house, on your left, a staircase greets you, leading to the upper floor bedrooms, ensuring a sense of privacy and separation from the main living areas. Moving to your right, you will find the spacious and well-equipped kitchen, featuring a large wooden dining table with seating for eight. The kitchen is designed for convenience and functionality, boasting ample storage space with numerous cabinets, a large refrigerator, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, and all necessary appliances and utensils for a fully equipped culinary experience.
Continuing through the house, you will discover a generous living room, tastefully decorated with wooden accents and calming colors to create a relaxing atmosphere. The living area includes a corner sofa, a three-seater sofa, a 43-inch smart TV, and complimentary high-speed WiFi for seamless connectivity during your stay. All ground floor areas provide direct access to the swimming pool.
Ascending the stairs, there is a guest toilet conveniently located for visitors. The first bedroom features two single beds with access and views of the pool. On the upper floor, the second bedroom offers two comfortable single beds, large wardrobes, and picturesque views of the lush village landscape.
The third bedroom is a sanctuary of comfort, furnished with a large double bed, a private en-suite bathroom with a hydro-massage shower for ultimate relaxation, and a balcony with breathtaking views of the verdant surroundings.
Continuing down the hallway, you will find the fourth bedroom, equipped with a king-sized bed, a private bathroom with a hydro-massage shower, and shared access to a veranda offering stunning views of the beautiful green village and the house's pool area.
The outdoor space is crafted from traditional stone and features a vast area with a swimming pool, perfect for summer dips with family and friends in a serene green environment. The outdoor amenities include seating for five, sun loungers for poolside relaxation, and outdoor furniture. Two convenient parking spaces are available for guests.
Pachna is renowned for its wine production. Explore the two local wineries: Monolithos Boutique Winery and D. Yiaskouris Winery. Don't forget to delve into the local culture, savor traditional Cypriot dishes, and immerse yourself in the village lifestyle.
All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 20 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest. Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
