THE SPACE

Entrance hall

Step into luxury as you enter through the sage green front door of Penny Street's elegant entrance hall. The intricate patterned tiles underfoot add a touch of character and charm to this welcoming space.

Lounge

A jade green feature wall adds a touch of elegance to the room, complemented by the warm wooden flooring. Natural light streams in from the window overlooking the front of the property, enhancing the calming atmosphere created by the floor to ceiling drapes.

Entertainment is at your fingertips with the 40” smart TV, free WiFi is offered as standard and you are welcome to sign in to your preferred streaming platform during your stay.

The comfortable 3 seater sofabed (sleeps 1) and pale blue single armchair provide ample seating for you to unwind and enjoy a good book or a glass of wine.

Dining room

The modern wall panelling adds a touch of sophistication, complemented by the warm wooden flooring and a large area rug that ties the room together. The wooden table with chairs for six guests is the perfect setting for intimate dinners or lively gatherings with friends and family.

Kitchen

Sleek wooden worktops and high gloss kitchen cabinets create a modern and sophisticated feel, while the full-size fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven and induction hob provide all the amenities you need to whip up a gourmet meal. The convenience of a dishwasher and washer/dryer make cleaning a breeze. The ornate flooring seamlessly continues from the entrance hall.

Family bathroom

The flooring continues from the kitchen, creating a cohesive and modern aesthetic. The minimalist black and white tiles add a touch of sophistication to the space, while the thermostatic shower provides the perfect temperature every time.

Facilities include a heated towel rail, basin, and WC. We will provide towels and mini toiletries for use during your stay.

Courtyard

A fully enclosed outdoor area, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The two-seater bistro set provides a charming setting for al fresco dining or simply relaxing in the fresh air.

Bedroom 1

The triple wardrobe and full length floor-standing mirror provide ample storage and convenience for your stay.

Bedroom 2

This elegant room features two twin beds with stylish grey upholstered headboards, offering the flexibility to be linked together to create a super king bed (please advise us of your preference ahead of your stay).

The room is tastefully decorated with a chest of drawers, a wall-mounted mirror and hooks for hanging clothes, providing ample storage space for your belongings.

The wooden floor is adorned with a soft rug, adding a touch of warmth to the room, while the large window allows natural light to flood in, complemented by the elegant drapes for privacy and comfort.

Bedroom 3

This room features white wooden bunk beds with a window overlooking the peaceful courtyard, perfect for children or friends sharing.

Wooden flooring gives a warm and cosy feel, while the small storage unit ensures that all your belongings are neatly tucked away.
