THE SPACE
The apartment has 2 beautifully decorated rooms, one with double bed and other with two single beds, a lovely living room with a lounge and dinning area and a fully equipped kitchen for anything you may need!
The amazing view overlooks the river, for an amazing sunset!
There is also a small balcony and a private patio, where you can lounge with friends and family.
The neighbourhood where the apartment is located is a traditional and very quiet area. The apartment faces the river and has amazing access to one of the most traditional streets in Porto.
Near the river, you'll have a bus and tram line that will take you directly to the city centre and to the beaches! This path might also be done by bicycle :)
In front of the river, right across from the apartment there are boats that do the crossing to Afurada, a very typical neighbourhood with typical food for fish and seafood.
The access to the apartment is done by an uphill street with not many parking options but the bottom of the street. It may be a bit tricky to get there alone but we're here to help!

LONG-TERM RESERVATIONS
Reservations for more than 15 nights are considered long-term reservations and are subject to the following rules:
-> We might request a safety deposit at check-in.
-> The energy and water bills must be paid separately.
(How does this work: Every month, we calculate and charge the guest the amount of energy and water spent (for instance: Kw spent multiplied by the cost per Kw, approximately 0.23€/Kw).
-> The deposit will be returned by the end of the stay after checking the space and receiving the payment of every bill.
-> By making a long-term reservation, guests agree to give the host access to the property, whenever requested, in order to assess the state of maintenance.
CHECK-IN
We may charge in-person check-ins after hours as per the following rates:

These fees do not apply with a self-check-in.
Before the check-in, guests must fill in a mandatory check-in form to identify all the guests that will stay in the apartment. Short term rentals are required to report guests' information to Borders Service (SEF).
