The Space:
Modern and spacious, Daria's Eternal Blue Veranda offers breathtaking views from its large veranda and a cozy, shaded backyard. Fully equipped with amenities, including reliable high-speed internet and a 42-inch flat-screen TV with Netflix, it's perfect for remote work thanks to its hybrid internet access.
Situated on the middle floor of a grand villa, just a 3-minute walk from the pristine Agioi Saranta beach on Pelion's east coast, near Chorefto, it provides proximity to the beach without the crowds. The private accommodation includes ample parking, a veranda, and a backyard. Air-conditioning ensures comfort, while mosquito nets on all windows maintain a bug-free environment.
Featuring one double-bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and fridge, and a modern bathroom with shower, it also offers additional sleeping space with two single beds in the living room. A shared washing machine is available.
For cleanliness and disinfecting, chlorine-free, environmentally friendly disinfectants are used throughout, while surfaces and textiles are steam cleaned. Linens and towels are washed at high temperatures for sterilization.
Environmentally conscious, the house utilizes solar hot water, 100% renewable energy, and LED lighting. Drinkable tap water eliminates the need for bottled water, with recycling bins provided. Linens are 100% cotton, and local products support the regional economy. Chemical-free methods are used for pest control, promoting environmental and human health. The Neighborhood:
The house is a 3 mins walk from one of the best beaches in Pelion the Ag. Saranta beach which is sandy with small rocks. The beachfront is 500 meters and the beach never gets crowded as it is quite wide and the parking space is limited.
At the beach you have sunbeds, restaurants, and beach bars where you can sit or take away.
Chorefto and Parisena beaches are a 30-40 min walk or 10 min by car.

Tsagarada is the biggest village with 3 different squares and neighborhoods it's nice to walk around them. Pouri is nice as well and you can combine it with zagora or with the taverna on the beach that I mentioned called πλημαρι!

Getting Around:
Nearby villages accessible by car include Tsagarada, Kissos, Mouressi, Zagora, Pouri, Chorefto, and Damouchari. Tsagarada, the largest village, features three distinct squares and neighborhoods, offering pleasant strolls. Pouri is also charming, and you can easily combine a visit with Zagora or enjoy a meal at the seaside taverna called Πλημαρι.
When it comes to dining, there are several notable options:
- Kalivi in Tsagarada
- 5f in Kissos
- Mouressi, located on the square
- For seafood, try Sevach (Σεβάχ) in Chorefto
- Plimari (Πλημαρι) on Analipsi Beach in Pouri, just beyond Zagora
- On our beach, there are three tavernas; I recommend the first one and Sarante for its location.
- Anapodo Platani in Tsagarada at Agias Kuriakis Square offers a lovely setting, albeit slightly pricier.

Exploring Pelion's hiking trails is a must, with numerous paths winding through forests and along beaches. Guests can access a hiking map, and additional routes can be found online.
Sea kayaking is a magical experience, but it's safest on calm days to avoid dangerous waves.
Fishing with a rod is permitted in designated areas away from swimmers. Diving and surfing are also popular activities in the area.
