In the heart of Playa de las Americas, this studio is located on a very clean, well maintained complex and is very close to the bustling night life area of south Tenerife. The apartment is equipped with Wifi and washing machine.
The beach is 100m from the complex and with a vast variety of shops, bars ,restaurants and nightclubs on the doorstep, you will find something for everyone.
The complex has a communal pool with a pool bar.

All our contact details are in the apartment should you need them but otherwise we leave you to enjoy your holiday.
If you are staying for more than 7 nights, our staff will enter the property to change your bed linen and towels. If you do not wish this service - please contact the office to confirm.
Please take your trash-garbage-rubbish to the nearest communal bin area (Basura)

25 minutes by taxi from Tenerife south airport.
5 minutes taxi to the famous water park of Siam park and Aqualand.
5 minute taxi ride to Las Americas golf course or 15 minutes taxi to Costa Adeje golf course.
10 minutes taxi to Los Cristianos

The studio has a double bed and a sofa bed and has a well equipped kitchen for a self catering holiday. The balcony has sea views and the island of La Gomera can be seen. The bathroom has a shower and also a washing machine.

Beach towels not provided.

Please note we request a non refundable 20% deposit at the time of booking. The balance payment will be due 4 weeks before your arrival date.
Also we add 150€ as a security deposit in case of damage, which is refundable minus damages 7 days after check out.
