Unser zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Bad Cottage ist ideal für Familien oder Paare, die sich entspannen und an der Seenkette sein wollen. (Das Haus bietet Platz für bis zu sieben.) Wir sind nur 1. 2 Meilen von der Innenstadt von Eagle River in der Nähe von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Nachtleben, Schneemobil-Trails, Radwege und natürlich mein Favorit der Süßwarenladen.
Genießen Sie über 200 Meter von der Front auf der schönen Eagle River Kette. Zum Ferienhaus gehört eine permanente Anlegestelle, ideal für Ihr eigenes Boot oder eine Vermietung oder einfach nur zum Entspannen, Schwimmen und Angeln.

Cute and cozy cabin!

Very nice cabin on Eagle River. It is small but was perfect for our family of four. It did get a little crowded when my parents came for a few days. Very clean and charming space! Loved the fire pit and newer pier. Kayaks available for use (3). Great location - close to downtown area. Lots of wildlife!

Great spot in the north woods

We were in Eagle River for a family reunion and opted for this property over a couple of hotel rooms. It allowed us all to stay together, cook some meals and have access to the chain with our boat. We had a great time and the hosts were very responsive when we had questions. Would highly recommend this property.

Long Time Friend Reunion

Met up with long time friends and our 16 year old boys and this place was the perfect place to do so. Dock was perfect for our fishing boat and we also rented a pontoon. Beds were great. Super clean. We can’t wait to come back. Wish we would’ve booked at least one more day! Host was wonderful and made it easy for us.

Perfect Northwoods Getaway

This was our family’s first stay in Eagle River (we had stayed elsewhere in Vilas County previously.) When we arrived, I thought the cottage looked so much cozier and nicer than I had anticipated from the pictures posted on VRBO — a pleasant surprise! It was very clean and smelled fresh. No need to bring those camp chairs as they have a very nice set up around a fire ring outside with plenty of chairs and picnic table along with a nice swing. Our kids and 3 grandchildren joined us for a few days which was great! It was a bit challenging with one bathroom but we made it work. The kayaks were very nice to be able to use on the river too. Our two weeks there went very quickly and we were sad to leave. It definitely felt like a home away from home!

Great little cabin and great location.

We had a nice time staying here to snowmobile. Trail is right across the road and close to town. However, there is an additional $125 cleaning fee tacked on to the final price. VRBO clearly states when booking that there are no hidden fees and "the price you see is what you pay." That is not the case here and wish they were more upfront about this. I passed on many other cabins that would have ended up being cheaper after this cleaning fee was added. Considering we left the cabin spotless, it's frustrating having to leave additional money prior to check out.

We wanted rexaxation and that is what we got! The property was perfect for both of us! Located right on the river chain. Boating perfection! Close to town and many hiking trails! We love nature and had deer right on the property. We loved staying here!

Quaint beautiful cottage on the water ideal for that relaxing time away

The whole process through vrbo was incredibly easy and communication with Heidi was excellent. This cute little cottage has charm and is exactly what I was looking for to spend a few days away. Right on the water, we had access to 3 kayaks and a beautiful dock my kids could jump off of! Close to the city, we were within a nice distance to shops for those forgotten essentials. But in a wooded enough area to see wildlife(deer mostly) right out the big living room window. Just a very homey, relaxing and beautiful place to stay! Would definitely stay again!

Great cottage

We had a great two day stay at this quaint cottage. It is roomy and cute. The porch is nice for rainy days. An amazing view of the water and there is a large dock to sit and fish or bring a boat if you want. The electric fireplace is nice when weather is cold. Very clean and Heidi is easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay very much and the photos here really don't do it justice.

My husband and I and our 9 and 12 year old grandchildren spent 9 glorious days at this wonderful cabin. The cabin itself was perfect for us. Spotlessly clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The queen bed in the master bedroom was comfortable as were the sturdy bunk beds in the second bedroom. The bathroom had a walk-in shower, great water pressure and lots of towels. The kitchen had everything necessary to cook and eat at home. The living room had a great view of the water, comfortable seating for all of us and a smart TV. A bonus sunroom off the living room also provided a great view and comfortable seating. The full size washer and dryer was very convenient and the WiFi worked well for all of our devices. Outside we made use of the fire pit surrounded by comfortable chairs and the picnic table where we often ate dinner. The dock was big and sturdy and allowed us to sit and watch sunsets, swim and launch the two kayaks that the owners provided. We used them daily to explore the channel the cabin was on leading to a chain of lakes to explore. The shore is rocky and it gets deep quickly but the water was very clear, there were no weeds and we enjoyed swimming. The owner responded very quickly to any questions we had. We were a short distance to Eagle River and enjoyed horseback riding, miniature golf, go carting and biking on the many well groomed, off road trails. Two large grocery stores and a farmers market made shopping and eating well easy. This cabin is right on Hwy 70 which made getting around quick and easy and the cabin was set far enough back from the road that we could hear but weren’t bothered by noise. The setting was lovely. All four of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this cabin.

Perfect fishing

VERY CLEAN cottage/house, right on the Chain of lakes, brand new pier, cozy for the two of us, but certainly roomy for more people. Close to restaurants, shopping and bars, but also secluded enough for privacy, sitting near the pier, fireplace and just watching the deer walk by. Highly recommended!!!

Perfect weekend getaway

We absolutely loved our birthday weekend away at your sunset cabin. The cabin was adorable and we made ourselves at home. It's actually even cuter in person! We loved relaxing on the dock, fishing, having a cozy fire, watching movies and taking in the beauty around us. Heidi was a great host and went above & beyond even getting decorations for our arrival. The location was great...close to town & restaurants. Highly recommend! Book now you won't be disappointed! Our stay at Sunset Vacation Rental was absolutely delightful. The home is clean and quaint. There was ample room for our family of 5 to visit, dine, and hangout. The fire pit area was perfect and the dock was welcoming. The perfect place to watch the sunset, just as the name suggests!

We had a great time in Eagle River and Sunset River Cottage was lovely. Very clean and comfortable. Heidi was awesome and answered all our questions about the area and dining options. Nice waterfront stay

Enjoyed our stay in the clean and well taken care of waterfront location. Kayaks and fire pit were fun for family. Also caught a small Northern and Musky off the dock. Primary disappointment was the The TV was only a smart TV so we were not able to pick up any broadcast TV during our trip. Window AC worked well for our stay (highs in mid 70's) but might not keep it cool in hotter weather. All in all nice place and a good value.
