Feel awestruck by the floor-to-ceiling glass in the kitchen, take a sunny break in the sprawling garden, or explore some of the best parks on offer in London – with Clapham Common a short walk in one direction and Wandsworth Common in the other.
Walk across the home’s threshold and behold two separate living spaces, one on the right and the other on the left. On the right, a more formal room presents itself: intricate herringbone parquet floors interact subtly with a grey colour scheme, all lit by warm pelmet lighting and the sun streaming in through the bay window. The opposite living space promises recreation: a music station with a piano and guitar, and a game station with a football table and mini putting green. Further along, a cosy L-shaped sofa beckons you in, ready to host a movie marathon.
The beating heart of the home and the epicentre of its minimalist design philosophy, the kitchen and dining area is a modern marvel. The kitchen itself is generous and immaculate, with jet-black cabinetry, light marble countertops and panelled timber accents. Illuminated by a skylight and spacious windows looking out to the garden, this fully-stocked kitchen is a chef’s dream. The nearby dining space is drenched in sunlight, a spacious, modern dining table sitting under a fully-glass ceiling. Beset on two sides by long cushioned benches, there’s plenty of room here for banquet dining or entertainment.
