The apartment is located within the Duomo district in Florence’s historic city centre. The Duomo area constitutes the very heart of Florence and the area takes its name from Brunelleschi’s magnificent dome on the wonderful Santa Maria del Fiore cathedral. Florence city centre is a ZTL zone which means a “limited traffic zone” and therefore special rules apply to when you can enter this area. This particular apartment is in fact located within the ZTL zone so this means that if you are thinking of coming to Florence by car and wish to drive around and park, then you will need to pay special attention to the road signs, CCTV cameras and access cameras (they will show either a red/green light) in order to avoid receiving fines. Guests who need to travel within the ZTL zone by car to reach their apartment are advised to contact a private garage. Thanks to the private garage you will obtain a temporary access permit. Upon arrival at the garage, guests must specify they need access for the ZTL and the garage will then note the vehicle’s number plate and forward it to the appropriate police headquarters.

Newly renovated apartment (100 sqm / 1076 sq.ft) with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with showers that can sleep up to 6 guests. Upon entering the apartment you will find the first bedroom with twin beds (joinable - mattress width 90cm) where there is also a flat screen TV. Connected to this room, as well as via the hallway from the entrance, there is the living room with sofa and TV that is connected to the well equipped kitchen with induction burners. The corridor then leads to the second bedroom with twin beds (joinable - mattress width 90cm) and then the third bedroom with double bed (not splittable - width 160cm). At the end of the corridor you will find the two bathrooms both with shower. In the larger bathroom there is a washing machine that is also a dryer.
