3. ⁠The use of the air conditioner is controlled using special cards that do not allow irresponsible use of the air conditioner while no one is in the apartment.
4. The use of the pool is possible only according to the house rules, i.e. before use you should take a shower and do not bring any glass objects to the pool, for the safety of other users
