Two-story townhome ideally located in the brand new resort of Festival, guests are just a few steps away from Champions Gate downtown and within minutes of all the fun that Orlando has to offer.

Main Floor: Living-Dining area, full-equipped Kitchen, Master Bedroom w/ KingSize bed and ensuite bathroom. Half bathroom, and a screened lanai with private pool. Laundry and Dryer room.
Second Floor: Master Bedroom w/ KingSize bed, desk and ensuite Bathroom, Bedroom (3) and (4) w/ a Bunk bed (Twin-over-Twin) plus a TwinSize bed w/ ensuite bathroom each. Bedroom (5) w/ QueenSize bed and ensuite bathroom.

Just minutes away from Champions Gate downtown, guest will find convenience and grocery stores, restaurants, and more. The resort stands out for its own downtown that features an arcade, fitness center, resort-style heated swimming pool, private cabanas, kids waterpark, beach volleyball court, and a putt golf course. Located on the Ronald Reagan Parkway and Champions Gate Blvd., guests have a direct access to all of the amusement parks: Disney World, Universal, Legoland, SeaWorld, Bush Gardens, and the well-known championship golf courses of the area.

Upon entering the main floor, guests can find an elegant open space that combines a spacious living/dining room that shares the modern kitchen with an oversized island, stainless steel appliances and well-stocked cabinets.
From the living area, guests can walk through the window doors to the screened patio with private pool and sitting area finding it the perfect spot to relax after a day of fun at the theme parks.

The first master bedroom with KingSize bed and ensuite bathroom is on the ground floor.
Going up guests will find four other bedrooms. The second master bedroom has a KingSize bed and an ensuite bathroom. Two bedrooms with a Bunk bed (Twin-Over-Twin) plus a TwinSize bed and ensuite bathroom each. And the last bedroom with a QueenSize bed and also an ensuite bathroom.
There is a Washer/Dryer room on the ground floor near the kitchen, and a half bathroom by the pool area.

Cleaning Team uses Gloves and Masks during all cleaning time. During Pre Arrival Inspection Disinfectant are used again on high touch surfaces. All to be most safe environment for Your Stay !

* We charge a refundable damage deposit of $200. This will be processed 2 days prior to your check-in date. The deposit will be fully refunded to you within 3 business days after your checkout, provided there are no damages or violations during your stay.
